While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more
To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. We recognise we may not catch everything, and you can flag anything you think we may have missed. Read more
Trace Bureau finds the current address of a person in the UK and charges only when we find it. We work for solicitors, letting agents and landlords, recovery and insolvency practices, and private clients who need to serve documents, recover what they are owed, trace a former tenant, find a beneficiary or reconnect with someone. Every instruction must have a lawful purpose, and we ask you to confirm it before we start. Instructing a trace takes about five minutes online: tell us who you are looking for, what you already know and why you need them. Your card is saved but nothing is charged until we deliver a current registered address, so if we cannot find the person you pay nothing, and a possible match is offered at half the fee for you to accept or decline. Each report gives the current registered address, a confidence rating and the date it was checked, after more than 150 sources, registers and records have been cross-referenced and a person has checked the result. Standard traces are £100 in three to five working days, Express £150 in 48 hours and Priority £195 within 24 hours for court deadlines, and firms instructing ten or more traces a month pay £85 per trace on one monthly invoice with a portal, bulk upload and an API. Trace Bureau was founded and is run by a professional investigator, handles personal data under UK GDPR and uses what you give us only for the trace you instruct. Questions are welcome at hello@tracebureau.co.uk.
