I got in touch with Traceless after my Dad had a severe nose bleed and the house looked like a crime scene! Tia talked through the quote to tailor it to my needs. The team were able to fit the clean in quickly so it could be done before my Dad was discharged home. The clean was thorough and very professional and friendly, I felt comfortable with him in the home. Thanks so much for your help at a tricky time.

Great service from this company. Got an immediate response on a Sunday. The matter was dealt with quickly and discreetly by some really professional operatives who clearly knew what they were doing. Took a lot of stress away during a stressful period.

I was unexpectedly in need of such services, having never been so previously, and admittedly quite flustered. I called in the evening and not only was I able to speak to someone on the first try, Lia was understanding, helpful and clear. She was able to answer my questions and concerns and gave me confidence that I was going to get the service I needed. Amazing service from start to finish in difficult circumstances visiting from Australia to clear a deceased estate in a limited timeframe .Immediate response from Lia who was professional and efficient throughout the whole process. The cleaning team of Mark and Liam worked tirelessly and left the house spotless. They were respectful and kept us informed of progress throughout the day . Highly recommend this hardworking team !

The Traceless team are AMAZING! From the first point of enquiry to the job being completed, I couldn't have asked for a better service. Tia was super responsive, really helpful and clear in her recommendation and quote - so I knew exactly how much the job would cost and what to expect on the day. When it came to the job itself, Danny was excellent. He was super quick and efficient, really clean and tidied up the space once he'd finished and left it in excellent condition. I'd highly recommend this company, especially if you're looking for someone to help with an awkward clean up job.

From start to finish when you ring they reply extremely quick competive pricing, the guys where excellent, and this particular job was quite gruesome and they just got stuck in. Would definitely recommend but hopefully I will never need there service again, there a different breed of people that do this job, I take my hat off to you 😉

We had flooding in our unused former basement in our shop, it had limted access. Contacted Tia after finding traceless on Google. Sent her a few pics and she was rapid with getting me a very good quote. The job kept getting pushed back on my end but Tia was really good with comms and was happy to schedule around with very little
Notice. The lads that came to do the clean up were very experienced and talked me through each process and did a very professional job. I’ll be using them again if I have this issue reoccur.

I did a thorough search on the internet and this company came with good reviews. From my conversation with Lia she was efficient, professional and reassuring. The team Ashley and Reece came out to a relative’s flat that was left in a poor unhygienic condition and had biohazards. Ashley and Reece confirmed what they were going to do deep cleaning and did a fogging and ozone treatment. Great team. Great company. No hesitation in recommending this company.

Absolutely excellent Customer Service & amazing Carpet Clean from Floorless. We received a complementary Clean yesterday at our small Women's Charity in one of our training rooms and Chris did a fantastic job, a big shout out goes to Tia who arranged this free service for our Charity. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to book them.

We cannot thank the team enough for the incredible support they gave to Woodlands Hospice. They went above and beyond to get the floors looking gleaming, and the difference they have made is huge. It will make cleaning and maintaining them so much easier going forward.

On top of their amazing work, the team were incredibly happy, friendly, and a real pleasure to have with us throughout the day. We are truly grateful for the time and effort the company gave to support the hospice and would 100% recommend their services.

Lovely, professional service from start to finish.

I reached out to one cleaning company and they were not able to help me due to distance of the location of the clean, so forward my details to Traceless. When Tia reach out to me on the 8th of Jan, I was very emotional due the circumstances of the clean and the short time scale I had, I was up from London visiting my ex husband in Scotland and Tia helped and advised me every step of the way, the whole team was brilliant, they where fast in being able to fit me in for the clean on the 15th of Jan, as I had a short deadline, I was organising all of this for my ex husband who has mental health issues so by the time of the clean I wasn’t able to be at the property and they worked with him brilliantly on the day, the team was so supportive and kind, he said what was an emotional day he found the whole process so easy going and a relief, there where times I would phone Tia or Lia, worried my ex husband wasn’t doing great as I had just got off a FaceTime call as he wasn’t sure on what he should be doing and Tia would reach out to one of the team members in the flat to help him a long, so so kind, plus what was a 2 day job they completed in a day, can not recommend Traceless enough ❤️

What a great company. We had a burst pipe and major ground floor flooding. Tia sorted someone to come out the next morning and we even had the option of same evening had we wanted it. All cleared within a few hours. Above and beyond.

Flooding in my area is horrendous. Normally the clean up is unspecialised and rubbish. Traceless came in and sorted the whole thing like no other company has done before. Can’t recommend them enough.
