I cannot recommend. It has now been bought out by Enformion. They bought out all the databases. Sales Executive Martin Bakri does not respond to emails or calls. But if you are a new customer and email him, he will get on the phone real quick.
This is a scam company owned by an incompetent and arrogant person named Jason Rosselli.
They have the lowest rate of successful searches. You are better of with many other skipt tracers than Tracer.
They pulled their data from other skip tracers and they just marked up their price.
Avoid this company and Jason Rosselli at all costs.
Google this company review and you will find many negative comments about them. Here in BBB there is not a single positive comment about them.
