My 80 year old parents had a new router delivered from EE and they were told that they would have to pay £1 to track the package. When the parcel arrived they were asked for their debit card for the delivery but they have now been charged two lots of £24.90, which Trackerly claims is a twelve month tracking contract that my father agreed to when he handed over his debit card.
This is a total lie, no contract was ever discussed and my parents certainly do not a twelve month contract to track the very rare occasion that they have a parcel delivered. The contract has now been cancelled but Trackerly is refusing to refund the money they have paid. Disgraceful company - avoid at all cost!

Wish I could give this company minus 50 stars but I bet there's a bunch of fat cowards that read the reviews and 😂😂 wish I could meet the boss!!! But he wouldn't have the guts! Scam!! you can enter random numbers and they say they found your parcel. It costs one pound so not a great loss until you discover that you are committed to a subscription.

I agreed to pay this company one pound to track a missed delivery from ParcelForce. The transaction appeared on my credit card the next day. However, 72 hours later, they took a further £24.90. It transpired that I had not read the T&C's which included a monthly subscription fee.
DO NOT USE TRACKERLY !
