These are scammers! It is impossible to cancel the subscription, they can withdraw money from the card in a month.

This site is a scam. Do not use it. The small print entitles them to deduct £24 from your account 3 days from your initial payment of £1. And what's more this is an annual payment. To cancel I had to speak to an agent on the phone who was most unpleasant. Beware !

Reply from Trackerly
Just like other reviewers-they take your money and you get nothing. SCAM SCAM SCAM!

This site is a scam. They collected £1 from my account and trying to collect another £24.90 the company is a scam please run from them.

Do not use this site I tried to use it on Thursday 29th May was charged £1 but it never tracked my package then today 1st of June had a message from my bank saying they were trying to take a further £24.90 I told my bank I did not recognise this transaction they immediately stopped the payment but then had to contact fraud helpline resulting in my card being cancelled so now have to wait for delivery of new card which could take 5 days and if I need any shopping etc. will have to travel 2 miles to branch to draw cash.

The people writing about this company are correct if they we're based in Britain
Trading standards would be involved
They send the same reply to every email on trust pilot all they care about is scamming people
It disgusting what they are doing

This is a fraudulent Company do not fall for paying the £1.00 to track your purchase, You pay the £1.00 that gives you no further information and also puts you into an automatic £24.99 month subscription. Although you cancel the subscription this does not work. Contact your bank and advise them to put a block on this payee.

This company is fraudulent . They pop up when you go into the tracking page on a courier site , e.g Royal Mail,
A £1 charge screen appears giving you the impression you have underpaid postage fees, then it becomes a page that says you have signed up for a subscription for their mail tracking app. Try cancelling and, surprisingly, it doesn’t work. DO NOT PAY THE £1! If you have stop the payments with your bank and block the payee.

These guys took £1 and didn't provide any tracking information, didn't create a login or provide a password reset on request, then took a further £24.90 less than 48hrs later and still no tracking information provided. Do yourself a favour and steer well clear

Appalling company …absolutely disgusting … want you to pay £1 then another payment and I still haven’t received the purchase I ordered some weeks ago….
Whoever you are your behaviour with the customers is absolutely just plain rude.
I give you 0 …
You don’t deserve anything else

My wife has just had the same experience as everyone else on this website. She's now trying to get her money back, but I don't think she'll succeed.
The giveaway to their business model may well be that the replies to each review is exactly the same.

Catbytes run a digital drop in club in Lewisham. A visitor came to us to say she was being continuously charged for a single parcel delivery. We thought it was very unusual for a one off delivery to open a subscription. It seems very likely that the cheap price is a way of luring people who don't read the small print. Also, we can confirm that when we tried to cancel online it didn't work. We had to call the phone number. We think this organisation's business model is to take advantage of people who are inexperienced with using websites. We suggest they should change their name from Trackerly to Trickery

It's pure scam. Trick you into paying £1 and then start charging £24.90 a month based on that first payment!

i sighned up to track parcel didnt work i tried to cancel online but no luck. scam.

Maybe its time to change your business model. NO-ONE that pays £1 to track a single parcel wants or needs to sign up to your monthly £25 subscription model. You keep replying to negative reviews saying "ITS CLEAR WHEN YOU PAY THE INITIAL £1 THAT YOU ARE SIGNING UP TO A £25 PARCEL SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE" when it obviously isnt clear at all. Trackerly use an underhand method in obtaining bank details then covertly charge people £25 ... there is nothing obvious about this and its an absolute scummy practice. Given the negative reviews you respond to, you clearly know this already ... you know exactly what you are doing, yet continue to scam poor, unsuspecting customers under this veil of legitimacy. Maybe its time to accept that your the problem, and not the poor suckers you consistenly fleece. Hopefully people dodge a bullet by reading these reviews before putting their details into your scam site. You really are scum of the Earth. No better than scam call centres!

Scammers. I was charged £1 for tracking a package. And now they are trying to take £24 from my account.
My bank had to freeze my card. Beware.

Utter bandits, expect they wear masks and bandanas in their office. Tried to track an overdue Xmas present without success. Gave Trackerly a try see if they could find it for £1.00 subscription. They couldn't find it either. Still haven't received it. Just found out that Trackerly have been debiting £24.90 from me since December (4 × £24.90) for absolutely nothing. They were useless to start with and nothing but scammers since.

Had a problem with the automatic application of the monthly payments after trying the one offer to test the system.
Eventually managed to contact them and they cancelled the monthly payments and refunded part of the one withdrawal actually taken,
The monthly withdrawals/payments have now been reinstated without my agreement or any notification being received beforehand. I only found the withdrawals while checking for another matter on my bank statement..
WHILE I CAN STOP THE WITHDRAWALS THROIUGH MY BANK THIS IS ONLY A TEMPORARY SYSTEM ACTIVE FOR 12 TO 13 MONTHS. THIS MEANS THAT IHALLNOW HAVE TO MAINTAIN A CLOSE WATCH ON MY BANK STSREMENTS AS i CANNOT TRUST TRACKERLY TO SUCCESSSFULLY STOP ANY REPEAT OF THIS SITUATION.
THE CONTACT DETAILS PROVIDEED TO CONTACT THEM ARE NEXT TO USELESS AND BOTH THE TELEPHONE NUMBER AND E -MAIL FACILITIES FAIL TIME AND TIME AGAIN.
THIS IS TANTAMOUNT TO FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY. IN THAT THE AUTOMATIC RENEWALOFTHE 12 MONTH CONTRACTS SHOULDBE NOTIFIED TO THE CONSUMER PRIOOR TO ACTIVATION.
