Yasar Ali excellent response and service
Yasar Ali made contact via my car dealer and explained the benefits of the Ghost 2 system and the options for using it. He clearly explained costs and is liaising with the car dealer to install the system before we collect the car in a weeks time. All very clearly explained and organised. Great to deal with him.

Scammers
Had a ghost fitted and paid unlimited lifetime warranty.
Now i want to change vehicle they want £369 call out.
I was told on purchase it was all inc.
Total scammers. Do not buy Ghost from them.
Thanks for your reply stating that although I paid the upfront extra fee and discussed my requirements with you at that time you were happy to add the extra fee at that time. Plus your also happy to now add another £369 on top of that as my lifetime warranty was worth nothing and you lied when I purchased it.

My car was stolen from my house
My car was stolen from my house. The tracker was not able to track the car. There was no alarm and no immobilisation of the car even with no fob in the car. Pathetic response from helpline when I called. They just said we can't track it sorry. What a waste of money and effort. There has been no follow-up from the company asking about what went down afterwards. Absolutely unacceptable.

I had heard very good reviews and recommendations about the Ghost system however it seemed like a large investment. Markus, my account specialist, did everything to support and reinforce the confidence to proceed further with my enquiry. He was knowledgable, engaging and informative. His empathy to my needs, diligence in contacting me as promised and explaining the process was the entire reason I decided to proceed with my order for Ghost. That and not wanting my car to be stolen! Having worked in sales all of my life I have come to appreciate a representative of an organisation who is dedicated to achieving a win win for his customer and his company. This is the way reputations are built. I have no hesitation in recommending Markus and Ghost Installations, good job Markus!
