I needed the heater matrix replacing on my 2009 Suzuki Jimny. An independent garage, along with local Suzuki dealers in the north west of England, were not enthusiastic about taking the job on. I contacted Tracks Suzuki, where the car was purchased in 2023. Anita, the Service Coordinator, was in touch straight away and got me booked in.

I am very pleased with the job the team at Tracks Suzuki have done. If you are looking for someone who knows the Suzuki Jimny inside out, I would definitely recommend Tracks Suzuki. It was well worth the 480 mile round trip to get my Jimny back on the road. Plus I had a mini break in Devon while I was there!

Once again Tracks offered a great service. Staff are always really helpful and the service/MOT was carried out even quicker than expected.

Warm ,friendly welcome and very smart staff.
Was kept informed of the work by a colleague but the staff member over promised the time factor therefore under achieved ( was told ten minutes till my car was ready but in fact it was 30 minutes later) only a minor issue but could easily be resolved . However still give full marks

My family have used Tracks since moving to the SW in 2009. We've purchased four Vitara 4 x 4s from them over this time and always had our cars serviced there. I cannot fault them or the cars. I picked up the latest model recently after trading in the previous version and all went smoothly as always. Will was great to deal with: professional, polite and not at all pushy as well as being friendly and helpful. While there may be more exciting cars out there and nearer dealerships to where I live, the reliability of Suzuki and the great team at Tracks stop me bothering to look elsewhere.
