Jack Gardner was an excellent salesperson, full of support and expert knowledge about the vehicles we were interested in. After a bad experience with another car supplier, Jack made us feel valued as people and as customers. Customer Service is second to none
This was not my first visit to Tracks and i have to say that they go out of their way to make the whole experience of purchasing a car exceptionally. This is why they keep winning the awards for best Customer Satisfaction. All the staff a friendly and very helpfully and cannot do enough to assist you. They are not pushy and there is no hard sell. The Suzuki range of cars are great with many options fitted as standard, that many other manufacturers charge you extra for. I have used a few garages in my life and a few manufacturers, but i dont think i will ever be leaving tracks. A+++++

Arrived at Tracks of Exeter and informed the health check, etc, would be around 45 minutes. Had coffee from their coffee machine while we waited, and read some of their car magazines. 45 minutes later car ready to go, and it
was cleaned and polished making it look almost brand new! Well done Tracks!
