I really love my little toy my husband and I enjoyed using it immensely it didn't take long to arrive the material and texture was totally to our liking

I will write another review once I receive it. Not sure if it is coming from China or somewhere outside the US but the tracking hasn’t worked for over a week saying that USPS hasn’t received it. Might have thrown $65 out the window. Soo far disappointed

My best friend bought me one of the original cs toys for my birthday years ago, and she has been my best thing ever, it was time for an upgrade, and I will always use tracys dog for my toys, best selection and quality ever.

TERRIBLE actually non-existent customer service. A phone number that is busy 24 hrs/7 days for weeks. Product I bought was unusable. When writing to their email that is provided, auto replies get sent over and over again to my e-mailbox. Finally I thought I was getting some assistance and then the next email said their 30 day return policy was over. I had been writing for 28 days...OF COURSE IT WAS OVER!!!
I WILL NEVER AGAIN DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
Too bad there is not a zero star option.

I was not pleased with my purchase. I let customer service know and they responded with assurances that they would refund me and give me something extra as an apology. This was an empty offer and they have not responded further. I won’t purchase anything from this site from now on and recommend that you can find better toys on other sites with better customer service.

The worst!!! Never received items, their system messes up input address which appears to be DELIBERATE! This is such crap-

Every product that I have purchased from Tracy's Dog has never disappointed! Absolutely amazing and extremely satisfying!

This toy is for micro penises at best. I thought it would rotate (all it does is vibrate from the top) and has a tiny 3-3.5 in insertable length. I’m 8in and barely got half my penis in. It’s a glorified flashlight with a gimmicky vibration at the top. Barely felt anything at the middle of my dick let alone the rest. It’s ok for the price but better exist than this Chinese made crapsickle.

My OG sucker toy worked awesome at first but after about 4 months it took double time to charge and it just up and quit working after about 6 months.
I don't use it all that frequently. Less than once a week usually, and for the price of it I expected it to last a lot longer than it did. I'm going to give this one last shot though cause just like any other toxic relationship when it's good, it's real good.

Bought one product a while ago and it stoped working after 4 months of using it. I got in touch with the company to get a replacement and they shipped a new one. Got it and same thing happened, actually it stopped working much faster than the previous one, but believe me I was supper careful with it, especially the 2nd one. The 2nd product came directly from China so a bit disappointed since I thought it was an american company but regardless it’s just poor quality. I read on different websites that it happened to a lot of people but the reviews seemed chugged by the company.
I gave two stars because yes it’s fun when it works, it’s amazing, but a lot of other companies do very similar products for better quality so I suggest you invest a bit more money than having the dissatisfaction of experiencing something really good only for it to stop working after a couple of months.

5/5 stars if I could give it 6 I would because shew. Love the toys! Definitely reccomend you get you 1 from here. No batteries! Uses chargers which is awesome! Because I've had toys with batteries & it would screw up a lot. I used the OG Rabbit 3 In 1 Tapping Vibrator first and yes oh yes amazing 😍. I received another and will do a review on that 1 when I can use it. I'm very pleased afterwards if you catch my drift hehe. The 3 in 1 toy all 3 vibrations can be clicked on at same time and i really love that. I'm trying to be professional with this review but omg the sensations is something different.

It took a long time before they shipped the product I bought, then it was stuck in customs, which at no point was made clear was possible ( I bought it from .eu site, but it was sent from china) When the product arrived, it didn't work, no vibrations, despite long charging time. I've emailed them several times, but got no response at all. So will never buy anything from them again

Ladies oh my goodness! If your in need of something special for your vagina. Get the OG Pro 2. It doesn’t disappoint at all. I really enjoyed all the different speeds on this thang. I will recommend this to my lady friends. It’s also great to use on your partner.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!! I placed an order with this company and they shipped me a product that doesn’t work at all. I contacted them by email because the phone number on file for them is a GOOGLE NUMBER!!!! RED FLAG 🚩 they sent me an email saying they were going to send me a new order and I never got it so I emailed them back and they just sent me a tracking number that shows whatever they sent to me is going back to them for some reason and they told me to contact the carrier. Why do I need to contact the carrier when I gave them my money for something they are selling? I ended up buying at a local store and I asked for my money back and these people never responded I sent them numerous emails they never responded and they never gave me my money back. These people are crooks and they need to be shut down. I will be reporting them to the authorities and all major credit card agencies. I already got my police report about this situation and I won’t stop until theses people are not allowed to sell anything they stole from the wrong person and I won’t stop until they are gone!!!!

I bought a male prostrate vibrator paid for it via card after few weeks it stoped charging and working no vibrator no charge sent pics video to be told I was out of date with warranty but the complaint was lodged well before I repeatedly asked for replacement and address for return but 0 help only sorry but if you would like to purchase a new one at discount price it's discussing and a ripp off no support what so ever

Absolutely fantastic! Quick shipping and discreet packaging. Box came with the device, charger, and some fun stickers LOL. I definitely recommend trying out the various speeds and vibrations, as it can be quite fun and you’ll be surprised at which combination gets you (or your partner) to where you want to be!

I wish I would’ve read these reviews on the company’s customer service. There’s no cancel button when placing an order. I ordered on 1/1.. and went back to cancel later that day. No way to cancel. I sent email after email, text after text and continued to get the automated response. So finally, a rep emails me back to say “a label has been created so it’s up to USPS”… HOW?!? When I emailed and texted several times to cancel!?! So I followed up with USPS and guess what? They don’t even have the package. So it’s still in the warehouse of dumbass Tracy!! I just want to cancel. So even if the product is good, the customer service puts it in a bad light. I don’t wanna test it, I’m not referring to any of my friends and definitely will never promote dumbass Tracy or her dog!!

I WILL NOT BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

I paid for my order a week ago and it still has not been shipped. I also sent a message to Tracysdog, two times and got not response. The took my payment immediately, but has not shipped my product to me. I am very upset with myself for using this company.
