Unjust Position Closures – Immediate Action Needed
I have encountered severe issues with FXTM on two separate occasions within the past week. Despite maintaining a sufficient balance in my account, my positions were unfairly closed, leading to significant financial losses.
I am requesting an urgent review of this matter and the immediate restoration of my affected positions. If FXTM fails to address this issue promptly, I will be left with no choice but to pursue legal action.
Additionally, I have been a loyal VIP client of FXTM since March 12, 2020. Unfortunately, my experience has been marked by unethical practices and poor customer support. Below are some key issues I’ve faced with FXTM:
• Slow customer support with delayed responses, making it difficult to resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Unauthorized order closures that led to unnecessary losses.
• Manipulated spreads, which increased unexpectedly for my open positions.
• Unethical review requests, where they asked me to delete my Trustpilot review in exchange for a 30-day bonus credit.
• Bonus scam, where after receiving a bonus, they allowed me to open positions, only to remove the bonus suddenly, causing all positions to close and resulting in further losses.
I have screenshots and videos as proof of these incidents, which occurred twice in less than 10 days. If this is how they treat a VIP client, imagine how they treat regular traders. FXTM’s actions have left me with no confidence in their platform.
I urge FXTM to prioritize fair trading practices, transparency, and the protection of its clients. If these issues are not resolved, I will be forced to explore legal options.
