Good customer service
Panel arrived very quickly and in good condition. Looked good quality but had to return it due to a change in the project. My money was refunded quickly without any quibbling. Great customer service. Will certainly consider them again for future projects.

I was looking to add a loft hatch.
I was looking to add a loft hatch but didn’t want the trappings of architrave standing off the ceiling. I looked on line and your product popped up.
At the moment it’s not fitted but it has been offered up to the position and it will be a perfect addition.

Efficient response and great product
I ordered a new loft hatched it was with me within a week but they had forgotten to put the fixing kit in.
I phoned the Company straight away and they were very apologetic. The kit arrived the very next morning. The loft hatch has now been fitted and looks amazing.
It is well built and easy to install.
