they can’t do 2-3 days they then try to tell you that the driver couldn’t deliver as was unable to open the side gate
Instead of being honest and saying they failed to make the delivery they lie the only reason they came clean is because I have ring door bell footage and no driver came to my house they cost me a days work and didn’t think it was there fault stay well away from This company full of broken promise
Even on the phone they blamed myself it wasn’t there fault even accusing me of ordering on a completely dif day to the day I ordered my company will never use this company again everyone stay well away from this company do not waste your money even when the product turned up it’s cheap tacky and nasty and will be returned !

We are sorry that you were disappointed with the delivery experience. To clarify the timeline, your order was placed on Saturday evening at 20.59. As outlined on our website, orders are only processed during weekday working hours, meaning your order was processed on Monday morning. We dispatched it promptly, but the courier experienced a minor delay, resulting in a Thursday delivery. While we advertise a 2–3 working day delivery window, this means the delivery took just four working days from processing — only one day outside of our estimated time-frame. Unfortunately, once an order leaves the warehouse, courier delays can occasionally occur despite our best efforts.
Regarding the delivery attempt, we simply relayed the tracking information provided to us by the courier at the time. We had absolutely no intention of misleading you and apologies if that communication caused further frustration.
The product supplied was the exact single-skin dome rooflight that was ordered. This is our most economical range and is accurately described on our website. Had you contacted us to let us know it was not suitable for your application, we would have been happy to discuss our return options with you.
We also feel it is important to note that during several telephone conversations, our staff were subjected to repeated abusive and offensive language. While we fully appreciate that delivery delays are frustrating, we expect our team to be treated with courtesy and respect at all times.
We always strive to provide an honest service and support our customers when issues outside of our control arise. We regret that we were unable to meet your expectations on this occasion and wish you all the best.

Bespoke loft hatch
Bespoke loft hatch constructed and received 7 days after order. Dimensions were accurate and fitted the preprepared hole in the ceiling.
This is my third loft hatch from Trade access panels- a really good product and delivery service.
