Excellent service and value

I would like to take this opportunity to express the true delight in the ease of using your services whilst on holiday.
As a new customer and knowing I was only going to use your services short term, you still treated me as a valued customer.
You took away all the worry and headache of handling telephone calls whilst away, with you answering both my landline and mobile calls as if I was in my office, and then delivering an end of day report via e-mail so I could decide if any of the calls needed following up.
I would have no hesitation in using your services again or recommending them to any of my fellow business associates.
Excellent service 10 out of 10.
