The experience was quick and simple, everyone I dealt with was lovely from the initial request for a quote to someone coming to fit the door. This was also done within the time frame initially given which was great.

Peterborough Branch- Stefan the salesman person was helpful, not pushy, listened and gave some fabulous recommendations
Rob the surveyor was thorough and visited several times when the work was being done- very professional
The fitters were on time everyday - they worked for 7 days, they were clean, friendly and did a brilliant job
The company was recommended by 2 neighbours, i now understand why- absolutely brilliant.

Not good. After a lengthy 7-week wait, still no contact from them, they urge me to make 50% of the full payment, they hold my money and still no appointment made to fit the door. They ignore my text and email…I don’t know how to get my money back! no communication, no courtesy call, no apology, no offer of compensation. Real thieves. To avoid at all cost

Not good. After a lengthy 7-week wait, it was revealed on installation (on a small order of 1 door and 2 windows) that one window was missing and the door was hinged the wrong way, after which pretty bad experience there was no communication, no courtesy call, no apology, no offer of compensation. This affected pre-arranged plastering, electrical and making good of patio. I called them, demanding some sort of compensation due to them causing weeks and weeks of grief. The answer was: ‘Let’s install the new ones and then we’ll talk money’. Two weeks later, the door replacement and outstanding window were installed. Good quality and looks great. The fitters were fantastic on both occasions. Tried to call the firm again, they simply are not answering my calls. Blocked my number? Use them if you will, but this is the attitude and appalling service of Jack the proprietor.

Made appt to quote for work. Didn't show. Then tried to change time. Unreliable.

Do not even bother with this company! I've had the frustrating experience of dealing with the Gloucester branch of this company. Our new build which is now 6 years old was fitted with windows and doors from Tradeframe and from moving in we have had ongoing issues as has my whole street of 11 houses. It's been years and remedial works still need doing. They don't even have our addresses, they go by plot numbers still which I don't even know myself, so they get us mixed up and have no idea what's going on.

I think this company is used more for housing developers to provide cheap low quality doors and windows and the warranty then gets passed over to the home owner, but for the new owners there is very poor communication with any problems eventhough they are supposed to come with a 10 year warrenty. They agree to do things and then backtrack. For example, they say they won't fix our leaking window because they supplied it, fitted it, but didn't seal it?! What window company does half a job?! They have fixed someone else's who has the same issue as us which is interesting.

They agreed to replace our front door, just the door and not the frame because the sprayed paint discoloured badly after just a couple of years, however I know neighbours have had replacement doors and the replacements have broken! Ours also leaks every time it rains. They are not fit for purpose. Luckily we haven't wasted any money on tradeframe as we didn't buy them, we were just unfortunate to have to use them for aftercare, but to save our new flooring which has been badly damaged from constant leaks and to make the house more energy efficient as the door does not fit the frame properly, so it is visibly wonky and let's drafts in, we have found a much reliable, local company to completely replace it.

Not only are their products poor quality, but their customer service is non existent. They will always answer the phone, but will never give updates and for two months now for the most recent issue I've been asked to "ring back tomorrow" or "ring back on Monday" or "ring back between 3pm and 4pm" to speak to the elusive fitter who is conveniently never available even when they say he is in the office! I've left my number several times and he never phones me back! This chasing and lack of communication seems to be a theme going back a number of years if you read their Google, check a trade and Trust Pilot reviews.

I read a comment on here that describes them as cowboys due to using silicone where it shouldn't have been used on a roof and I have to completely agree, they are cowboys and their questionable repairs (when they do any) involve a lot of tubes of silicone from what I've seen.

If you are looking for new windows and doors for your home and you aren't a housing developer just wanting the cheapest quality with no need for after care service, then get recommendations from family and friends as there are lots of excellent local companies who are knowledgeable and supply quality products and also have much better after care service (which is less likely to be needed anyway with a good quality product and fitting).

Required some UPVC architrave and trade frames are local. Although only needed a few items I need to replace a 3 glazing panels. The customer service when I purchased the architrave, was terrible. Stood around then told I need to see person in office, person in office said I need to see person who told me to see person in office. Definitely couldn’t be bothered to ask them to replace glazing panes. I think they need to review their customer service policy and how to deal with customers.

Excellent communication, Excellent quality product and Excellent installation. Clean work, very professional and great attention to detail. Very happy with my new composite door.

Andy did a fantastic job fixing our patio door, and at a very reasonable price. Recommended.

We had our whole house done with Trade Frames. Front door, patio door and all the windows. What can I say what a pleasure to deal with this company, good quality doors and windows, fantastic staff from start to finish, nothing was a problem, kept my house tidy and took away all the rubbish.

Brilliant company you can do as much or as little as your budget allows you too and at a very reasonable price.

Local company fitted plastics at front of house. When I say fitted - that's a joke. Alex from Trade Frames called and rectified some of the issues making the front have better kerb appeal. Thankyou Stuart for sorting and thanks to Alex for showing what "tradesman" means

Perfect installation of 40mm thick triple glazed tilt & turn windows. Special thanks to Shaun Evans, their outstanding installer who did such a skilled and neat work on both windows and doors.

I had TradeFrame to replace 2 windows and a Patio Door which were over 40years old and looking both very tired and dismal.
The windows and Patio Doors were replaced with Good Quality Products. The Patio Doors being replaced by a Bi-Fold Doors.
The Window Installers were excellent at installing everything...and took all rubbish away with them.
I would not hesitate to recommend Tradeframe.

Rang up to get a price for replacement double glazed panel. I was told he was with someone and would call me back. They never did. I called again 2 days later and was told the same thing again. Surprise, surprise, never heard from them. I went somewhere else and had brilliant service. Don't waste your time!

Stefan came along to measure up and provided a quote. It was very competitive, so agreed to go with Tradeframe there and then. Window panes ordered, and was contacted a couple of days later to fit. Came and fitted in good time, and did a great job. Staff polite and friendly, and would not hesitate to call them if needed again. Highly recommended company. Thank you

I had my windows replace about 5 years ago by this company and had nothing but problems since. Constant condensation on the inside of the windows damp and mold everywhere even growing on my furniture. Horrendous customer services from the beginning. Basically every window frame has been incorrectly sized and ill fitted which they covered up with the trims. They offered to give me a price on my roof which I needed to have 4 rows of tiles replaced once work complete tried to charge me over £1,000.00 extra stating I got their verbal quote wrong. Had a leak in the roof 2 years ago to find out by a professional roofer who totally replaced my roof that they siliconed the tiles on which had caused damage. I am so very angry to find out years later that they are the cause of damage as well as being left with cold damp moldy house and furniture 😑 disgusting .... DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS!
