First time customer - would use again

First time user of this company. Sent my Ring Chime by Royal Mail on Saturday and payment arrived into my bank account on Tuesday late evening. Easy to follow instructions. I was initially skeptical as to whether payment would be made as expected - as it is a relatively low value item - I needn't have worried. Would use this company again.

Simple process

Simple process. Offered my old iPad. Got a trade in value 20% better than Apple. Used tracked return service which meant packaging product but quite simple. Posted via Royal Mail and received agreed amount into bank account in 3 days.

Updated review… Sent an iPad off almost 2 weeks ago not…

Further update - the company have now decided to send a threatening text and email for me the remove the review or they’ll peruse legal action. I realise this is probably why they don’t have many bad reviews as customers are threatened to remove them. This scare tactic does not concern me and my review is truthful so please continue with the procedings! :)

Update to this - Royal Mail gave me compensation for losing the parcel. No thanks to this company at all who completely ignored me, I understand that it isn’t their fault it was lost but no support or communication from them whatsoever. When I did speak to them once on the phone the guy basically told me I was a liar and that I couldn’t claim Royal Mail compensation just yet, I could as I spoke to Royal Mail myself and I have it in my bank now. They also asked me to delete or edit the review, if the customer service was better I would do but absolutely not now after the way these guys do business. Stick to CEX or Music Magpie.

Left a voicemail with all my details. Still no reply. Even if it hasn’t reached you guys yet at least confirm that so I can chase with Royal Mail. I’ve since put in a Royal Mail claim as it doesn’t seem to have been delivered but some support or a response would have been nice!
