We regularly use this company and have nothing but praise for them. Mark is our account manager and is very attentive and offers great service. Organising stands to be delivered all over the country to our stockists without fail and keeps us updated with delivery times etc.

Paid for next day delivery and they…
Paid for next day delivery and they just forgot to send. Then had to call them 4 times and chase them to get a refund. There website shouts about their wonderful speedy service which is not the case. I'd recommend they work on their organisation...

Made an order which was told would be delivered on a Monday, Wednesday arrived and one box (out of two) was dumped outside the office broken and torn, received the next one a day later in the same dire state! Was offered £6 compensation from the Manager called Morn Sohal, disgraceful customer service , will not recommend or buy again!

Order not received
Found easily on the net & order made Fri 26th Jul. Shipping at £10 expensive tho. Email advice of order conf--dispatch & delivery sent but due to extended weekend not available to receive goods until 29 July. Unfortunately delivery was advised as being made on 28th but impossible as no one to receive it as the shop was closed.DPD drivers says definitely delivered to correct address and signature taken. Who that is no one knows and certainly not connected to us or indeed any of 4 shops either side of us. So not a good result so far--goods being not received and no idea where they are. DPD investigating.
