They were very nice and helpful. I was able to buy two trade lines and they posted fairly quickly and raised my score more than I thought. I plan on keeping these at least six months.

On 7/19 I purchased a $20,000 chase tradlines for the first time. Not sure what to expect but there was a message shortly after telling me I was added to the card then in approximately 3 wks the next billing cycle it showed up in all my reports and made the utilization automatically lower. What a relief..I was sold. Since then I have subsequently bought others they are to recent to show a change just yet but I can't wait. Customer service is on point always available or will reach out in a timely manner to answer or guide you in the options available. The wide range of products and amounts give everyone an opportunity depending on their price point to find a line that works for them.
