I ordered good on 3rd Oct 2023 which have never arrived.
I have e-mailed them on numerous occasions about non delivery and have been fobbed off every time.
They’re certainly not interested.
I now.believe that this is a scam company!
Steer well clear!!!

Rip off merchants. Don't buy from here!!!! Took my money and never received order, several emails requesting refund and just fob you off. You will just have your money taken and nothing delivered. Steer clear of this company they are scammers.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER DELIVER. This company is a total fraud no one should buy from them ordered since 3 months ago received nothing they keep telling you they are tracking ur order: below the mail they keep sending:

Dear customer,

Your order has been shipped.Due to a problem with our system, the tracking number cannot be synchronized to the order system for the time being.
We have registered your information and will contact the warehouse to check for you.
The tracking number will be provided to you within three days.

Just as everyone has said these people are total scum!! I even got an email today telling my to check with my neighbour in case he had the parcel!! I live on the south coast and my item was delivered to Inverness Scotland!!! These people need a visit from the authorities 😡😡

cannot believe I have to put a 1 star in here. Ordered october 2023 and numerous emails to say its coming and track your order (cannot track it) and still not product arrived but payment taken quickly. January 2024 now. Total scam please do not order anything from this company.

I placed 2 orders in October. They were addressed and delivered somewhere else. I have sent them emails from our postal service stating this, based on the tracking numbers they sent me, but they keep telling me my postal service lost them.
Seems to be a common theme by everyone here that they get delivered elsewhere.
I email them everyday trying to get a refund. No luck so far! Have raised a claim with my bank

Total farce ordered from them beginning of November never received my order, been trying to get my money back for weeks but they never get back to you, totally ripped off, don’t know how these people sleep at night DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CON ARTISTS

Total scam artists. Bought and paid for a product that was advertised on FB three months ago and item never arrived and trying to get a refund is near on impossible. Tracking information sent to me does not even exist. Facebook should really stop these Scam Artists from advertising on their forum.

I'm livid - total scam. I ordered in Oct for a Christmas gift to my son. We live in NC...package delivered to Puerto Rico!! They refuse to give me a refund !!

Total rip off I ordered 2 items in October have not received them. Had email with tracking number and yes it has been delivered. To an address 150 miles away. I am now going to report this to police and try to get my money back. This company has got to be stopped from trading. I am so angry!

AD through Facebook to get a beauty advent calendar. Surprisingly didn’t arrive even after emailing them and being told with dispatch. Total scam. Avoid.

Just a total ripoff I blame Facebook for not checking company’s that advertise.
This company was so good at making out it was going to be delivered I waited six weeks as this was going to be a Christmas present.

If I could have put a 0 I would have. This is a scam. I sent money and got nothing. I reported them to my bank as fraud fraud and luckily the money was returned to me by my bank. They have this non company now listed as fraud and it has now been reported to the better business bureau. You should try this with your bank. If you don't have this coverage with your bank you shouuld sign up for it. It has saved me a few times from scammers.
