Once the order was placed, only after ordered, we looked at web & Trustpilot Reviews, which gave us a small degree of concern, plus the email recommended we download an app called “SHOP” to track the products. The app required extensive data from us, which made us uncomfortable. And the reviews of the APP are more than concerning. So we deleted the APP!.

The company use DHL to deliver & today parcel 2 of 2 arrived alone!
DHL kept us informed via TEXTS, so the tracking APP “SHOP” is superfluous.

Ordered decking paint not cheap £60a tin 1 tin came wrong colour rang them they sent another which arrived within 2vdays good correct colour. Ordered another came 9 days later correct colour but wasn't same texture plus it had a lot of residue in the bottom no matter how long we stirred it it didn't mix in so contacted them telling them it wasn't the same consistency and they replied due to the weather conditions it can affect it. what a load of rubbish now I need a third tin and I am afraid to order it this in total will of cost me £180 a lot of money when it's not what you want.think twice before you order. I'm obviously gonna have to because I've started the job

Having used this paint for my floors in the lounge and dining room around 2/3 weeks ago I can't fault it. It laid down well, quite a strong smell but the hardiness is extremely good. The delivery was super quick and ordering was very easy. I made a change in the colour I ordered about 2 am and they got back to me to acknowledge my email and changed without any fuss.
Highly recommended.

Paid for express next day delivery before 12pm. Paint arrived at 4pm so we couldn’t go back to site to complete the job. Went to site the following day to find out that the paint sent was totally the wrong colour. We ordered from here rather than our normal supplier as we could get quicker delivery but this has ended up costing us days of work now lost with the issues.

Cheaper than everyone for dulux trade. Bought on Friday was here on Monday. Well packed and would use again.

Avoid this company. 12 days and still waiting for a delivery. Tracking on Hermes show they have not even been handed the package yet.

I read the previous reviews & didn’t hold much expectation I purchased some Owatrol Ceader and t to be fair & I never write reviews but faultless transaction Price was right too would recommend

BEWARE!!!
I placed an order and paid for some paint on 23.3.20 and am still waiting for the products!!.
I have had X 3 deliveries attempting to fulfill my simple order and all three have been wrong!!!!!!!!!!!
I have been unable to complete the work I had planned on my business due the complete and utter inefficiency and Inability of Trade Paint Direct!
Additionally, their lack of care and attention towards me, their customer, who pays their wages and helps keep their business operating has been appalling!! No answer for days, no "genuine apology nor want to resolve the situation for me, of course as they already have my money. Apparently my order is being sent directly from the manufacturer, and they are being blamed by Trade Paint Direct!!! I am not interested - I ordered and paid via Trade Paint Direct and they should resolve the issue for me and at the very least offer me some recompense for the inconvenience and disappointment caused. They I am sure would in turn be able to claim this back from Bradite, IF is IS their fault!!
I WOULD ENCOURAGE YOU TO LOOK ELSEWHERE AND DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON TRADE PAINT DIRECT.
UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED AND UNDERWHELMED!!
AS OF 22.4.20 I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY PAINT AND BEING TOLD IT MAY TAKE 7 DAYS MORE TO RESOLVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered twice, both deliveries by DHL. First was left at another house, on the doorstep (no note through my door) and was discovered by that householder at 11pm. They kindly brought it across.
Second was left on my doorstep when I had requested it be signed for only.
Now, the actual deliveries are out of the control of Trade Paint Direct, of course, but when I twice raised the issue with them about the use of DHL, I did not get the courtesy of a reply, even after four months.

Do not order from this site if you need anything delivered on time or at all in my case! They did not inform me that the paint had gone missing by the courier company until I asked them 9 days later where my products where. They then said they would resend my paint but I never received anything. Emails were not answered and I had to use the Paypal resolution service to get my money back.
