All is good. Quality, ease of ordering , prices, material etc etc.
OnlyNOT SO GOOD thing is uncertainity of deliveries for some items only which specifically are BOARD PRINTINGS which is foamex and dibond printing . They can get delayed and one should not expect on dot deliveries for these 2 items . Offset printed material like Business cards, Flyers , Menus etc. are delivered on dot .
But the only issue is with the timelines for board printing like foamex, dibond etc. I think they outsource these 2 items from elsewhere and in turn their courier companies , specially DHL and DPD do the delays.

Absolutely pulled out all the stops and were extremely helpful. Thank you.

Absolutely diabolical.
Deadline missed, with a crucial event - couldn't care less, no interest whatsoever.
2 days late, told job was being cut, 8 hours later.....nothing - appalling at a different level

Working with Anth on the Tradeprint API was a pleasure. He set up a sandbox enviro very quickly so our dev guys could just "get on with it".
Their API works a treat and delivers auto pricing and job progress for the Our Zero carbon calculator.

You produced some stapled booklets for me. They were fantastic, really quick turnaround and printed very well from a clients average artwork, thank you.
Delivery needs to be a bit more on time, but generally very good.

Another late order — currently 5 days overdue. If you need something delivered quickly and on time, I would not recommend using Tradeprint. I’ve even renamed them in my address book to “Late Print” — says it all really.

It is a shame that zero stars cant be given. Nearly every order is late. Customer services dont let you know that the is issues. Customer service and management are shocking.

I've been using tradeprint for the best part of 3 years now and the team have always been really helpful with my custom orders, particularly when it comes to really complex orders with multiple booklets, folder sizes etc. Products are perfect, clients are always happy, which means i'm happy!

I would have given 5 stars, but at times, the customer service team handling concerns doesn’t seem particularly attentive and tends to overlook other issues. For example, if a delivery is late, they simply tell you that they can’t do anything about it and it could damage a lot.

That being said, TP remains the best printing service in the UK.
