First time visit to the shop, attended to straightaway as only couple of customer in the shop. Part located quickly and payment made, out of the shop within 5 minutes! That is service!

The pump was ordered after very helpful discussion with your staff. I took the trouble to check the pump I wanted was in stock. I was told it was. I was expecting the pump top be delivered within the stated 5 days. It wasn't. The reason given was that the pump was not in stock and it had to be ordered from Italy. I had not been emailed about this development. I am now told it will be with me next Wednesday. Fortunately, the delay is not critical. There seem to be at least two areas to look for improvement. i) Failure to provide up to date stock data to your sales staff so they can manage customer expectations ii) Failure to communicate with the customer when Company delivery targets are unlikely to be met.

New pump urgently required. Not available in stock but a suitable alternative was found and full specification forwarded so a quick decision could be made. Pump delivered next working day.

Had to visit to replace a pump after 20 + years use in my house and I had bought through them. Although the pump part of the business had moved sites a young guy saw me in the yard and explained and Mr. Freeman came out, rang through to the other site and arranged to have one ready for me to pick up. Great old fashioned proper service and good products and I would recommend this Company.
