The ordering process is pretty easy the radiators are good quality cand delivery time are good but I was not very impressed with the my second delivery the radiators were left lent on the wall next to the front door if it wasn’t for my neighbour walking past and seeing them there I doubt wether they would have been there when I got home from work ? There was not even a delivery not put through the letterbox to say they had been left

Stainless towel radiator very well made and price is competitive. Only 4* because mountings could be better thought out (and they don’t look much like those shown in the, very poor quality, instruction pictures). The mounting tubes that bolt, neatly, to the bosses on the back of the radiator are fine. It’s the mounting ‘buttons’ that these fit over and screw to the wall that are the issue. They are too short to allow any adjustment (e.g. for out of flat wall) and their bore is over-sized for mounting screws (irrespective of whether using those supplied or others appropriate to the particular type of wall substrate or plug). The latter is easily enough solved with a suitable bush but the lack or any in/out adjustment could be a problem.

Excellent service and delivery. The radiator looks the part, good quality "old fashioned" rad valves ,well worth the cost to give overall effect. Also purchased matching rad paint which was used on the copper piping. Would definitely use again. Beware though they are very heavy.

5 stars for price and delivery. However, no fitting instructions were supplied with the heated towel radiator I purchased, OK, not that difficult to figure out, but a clue as to where the brackets should go would be useful. If they don't want to put instructions in with the radiator, at least make them available as a download.
Biggest gripe though is about the amount of rust and other cr#p inside the radiator!
More like a radiator that's been in use for 20 odd years than a brand new one!!

The radiator was fine but the fixings were cheap and all the screw heads failed , all had to be replaced. Shame that for a very small extra cost to supply good quality fixings this transaction was not perfect. Delivery was next day too.

I’ve recently ordered a vertical column radiator and have received excellent customer service both before and after my order. I contacted customer services as wasn’t sure which RAL code to use and was given expert advice from Jade Gould who helped me select the right radiator and helped me chose valves. My radiator arrived and unfortunately was damaged in transit. I contacted customer services again and this time was dealt with Kimberley Brines. Kimberley was very quick to resolve the issue. I am very impressed and won’t hesitate to recommend Trade Radiators.

radiator arrived on the day arranged unfortunately without the element.phoned the office the lady apologised and told me it would be with me after the weekend. I was unhappy with this as I had travelled specifically to fit it that day. the lady was very understanding of my situation and i was delighted when it was delivered first thing the next morning (Saturday)

The customer service centre in Scotland sorted a couple of issues I had very quickly. I would use again.

This has to be one of the best companies I have purchased from! Their customer service is excellent. The products are of great quality and any problems are sorted out in quick time. Had a vertical radiator arrive and after fitting discovered it had a small leak. It was replaced straight away ...
Just wish I had changed all my radiators years ago ....

Have bought from Trade Radiators a few times and never had an issue with either the quality of the product or the service.
Delivered quickly and efficiently and the vertical radiators not only look great but perform brilliantly as well.
Easy to install although the instructions are a bit lacking, but they're radiators, it's not hard to work out how they should be installed.
