Good experience so far

I had a mixed experience with TraderScale that I feel other traders should be aware of.
Initially, I successfully received a payout using a specific trading approach. However, when I continued using the exact same method, my second payout was partially rejected due to an alleged rule breach.
The issue is that this rule (relating to stop loss timing and execution) was not clearly enforced in real time. I was allowed to continue trading without any warnings, only for this to be flagged at payout stage.
This creates a situation where traders believe they are compliant, only to be penalised afterwards.
I also raised concerns about clarity, as the rule was not explained in a practical or obvious way that would allow consistent compliance.
To summarise:
Same strategy → first payout approved
Same strategy → second payout penalised
No real-time enforcement or warning
Rule interpretation only applied after profits were made
I have tried to resolve this directly with support, but the response has been that the case is “closed” without addressing these concerns fully.
I would strongly advise traders to fully understand how rules are interpreted at payout stage, as enforcement may differ from expectations during trading.

You previously left a 5-star review, which was later changed after your payout was impacted due to clear rule breaches — this is important context.
Your payout was not approved due to violations of our Toxic Trading Policy (Rule 15), specifically trading without placing a stop loss within the required 5-minute window. This rule is clearly outlined in your signed contract, Help Centre, and trading guidelines.
We also want to clarify that this was not the first instance — a previous payout was rejected for the same reason, and this was communicated to you with evidence.
All trade-level data, including ticket numbers and timing of stop loss placement, was shared with you. A full breakdown of deductions was also provided by our dealing team.
All accounts are reviewed by a third-party professional team at payout stage, and rules are applied consistently to all traders.
We remain committed to transparency and paying traders who follow the rules.

The worst prop firm I’ve ever deal with
I will be updating my review from 1 star to neutral because I see that not getting payout is actually not fully their fault. Nevertheless, I strongly believe that the firm partnered with EOS capital who uses AI for trading but they won't admit openly.
