Systematic Scam! Approves KYC Then Uses KYC to Deny Payment!
My name is Chu Duc Phu (Account #15866), and this is my worst experience with a financial company.
What infuriates me the most is the blatant contradiction and deceit in their own policy:
1. STEP 1 (When they needed my deposit): They required and FULLY APPROVED my Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before granting me access to the funded account. This means they confirmed that I AM the legitimate account holder.
2. STEP 2 (When I traded successfully and requested payment): They suddenly notified me of an account block with the reason "Suspicious KYC process with a third party." This is completely illogical and absurd!
What kind of game are they playing? They accepted my KYC so I could start, so I could trade and generate profits for them (through fees or spreads). But the moment I became eligible for a payout, they flipped the script and used the very process they had previously approved as an excuse to refuse payment.
This action is no longer just "suspicious"; it resembles a deliberate scam tactic. They create a circular legal trap: approve you so you can work, then arbitrarily revoke that approval to avoid paying. This is extremely unethical and unprofessional behavior.
The offer of a "10% discount code" ("Retry10") for the next deposit after this incident adds insult to injury. It's as if they're saying: "We just kept your money, now please deposit more."
SINCERE ADVICE: Traderscale is an UNSAFE and NON-TRANSPARENT platform. They have full power to change the rules and deny their own prior verifications to seize your earnings. Do not waste your time and money here. Seek out reputable companies where contracts and approvals are respected

While your initial KYC submission allowed temporary access, additional checks later identified inconsistencies that breached our compliance requirements. KYC reviews can be re-assessed at any stage, particularly at payout, to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory and security standards. This process is in place to protect the platform and all traders.

FRAUDULENT PROP FIRM
Title: Passed both phases but did not receive live funded account
Review Text:
I purchased a 2-phase challenge account with TraderScale.
I successfully passed Phase 1 and Phase 2, followed all rules, and met all profit and risk conditions.
After passing both phases, I was supposed to receive a live funded account, but I never received it.
My Phase 2 account number is 20861.
I contacted support multiple times, but no clear explanation was given and the issue was not resolved.
This experience is very disappointing because I completed everything honestly and according to their rules, yet the company failed to provide the live account.
I hope TraderScale takes responsibility and resolves this issue instead of ignoring traders after they pass the challenge.

To clarify: if you trade without a stop loss and do not have our No Stop Loss add-on, our system will automatically liquidate your position. This is considered a soft breach, and you will receive a confirmation for it. Traders are allowed unlimited soft breaches, and Traderscale will never close your account for soft breaches.
The purpose of the No Stop Loss add-on is to allow traders to execute positions instantly without entering a stop loss. However, we strongly recommend adding a stop loss after entering a position to maintain basic risk management practices.
