They paid wrong crypto to the address that filled correctly without confirming

In the website they have 4 different method of payment and you need to fill in all: Bitcoin, USDC/T - ERC20 (with USDC logo), USDT - TRC20 (with USDT logo), Bank transfer

So I filled in accordingly the necessary details. For clarification, I filled in USDC address for USDC/T - ERC20 since the logo is using USDC.

I requested withdrawal on 14th Dec. Waited 3 weeks, No email confirmation or notification. When I checked with the support, they said the funds is transferred. But they send USDT to USDC address. They said it should be reflected, but in reality it is not reflected.

Now i need to contact my exchange hoping to recover the funds. Although I read it is possible, but there is no guarantee and I need to wait some more. This is almost the same as not paying me. (maybe i'll update the stars to 2 if the withdrawal is recoverable)

Clearly they have no idea about this thing called customer experience.
-There are 4 ways of payment, but they choose the 1 that has the possibility of mistake happening.
-There is no way to indicate your preferred method of payment between USDC or USDT (even if there is, it's not in plain sight)
-They don't bother to send email confirmation that the withdrawal is successful
-Why they indicate USDC/T - ERC20 in one of the option if they are paying in USDT? Why not just USDT - ERC20?

Manage to recover the funds. But still the service experience is sub par if you compare with other prop firm. Hopefully they improve this and i'll be happy to give better review

Traders central has eaten my money and closed the account without any reason. I made a $990 withdrawal request on December 14th and had $124 more in the account. And after deducting the amount, the total balance is $480 with another $356 profit that day. But the problem is immediately after that traders central authority restricted my mt5 login without any reason. Later when I reported this to live support they said that they have forwarded my complaint to the risk team. After 4/5 days i.e. on 19th the risk team sent me a mail.

I received an email from risk team on 19th December where claimed that I break martingale-like strategy. But it's totally wrong. I'm 100% sure that I never violet martingale or martingale similarities rules on 28th November- 14th December trading period. I can challenge that I haven't violet martingale rules in this trading period.

And the risk team mentioned that mail like as, "You may appeal if you feel we got this wrong, so we have a secondary look at your account."
Immediately I reply to the email for review. But till now I got no reply and no solution.

The fact is that Traders Central will never pay you a large amount. After withdrawing any big amount they apply nonsense rules and eat your hard earned money and block your account. Basically Traders Central did not come to do business, they opened this company only to cheat people.

I Purchased an OTF Instant account with TCF and I received the credentials the same day. Trading Gold, the spreads are quite good which supported my trading style.

I recently made a withdrawal on my account to my crypto wallet which had to be manually requested due to technical issues at the time, however, the support was great and actioned the withdrawal fast. I received my profit split within 2 days into my crypto wallet. Looking forward to many more withdrawals in the future and the new withdrawal system which is within 24 Hours for 500$ and under.

5 star review will be inbound as I confirm the new withdrawal system next month. TCF seems to be progressing well.

P.s. If you are an EA user, don't use martingale as it is not allowed, but also TCF don't allow Fixed lot martingale either so make sure you don't open up more than one trade in the same direction if in DrawDown. However, as a positive point on this, TCF don't just throw you off their system if you do this. They will give you a warning and a withdrawal fine. So you won't lose your account on the first offence which is good to see.

Appalling customer service when trying to communicate about my account. Have sent several messages on telegram and via email. Promised an urgent review yet no response!

My experience with Traders Central Fund has been good and progressive. I was able to pass the challenge and got funded. I have made three consecutive widrawals so far and was paid what was due me. Working with them is good once you go by their rules. There are still things to improve and I believe they are making progress with them day by day.

I was received my refund to my account in bank in last withdrawal. This is very grateful experience for my life.

Everyone is warned that don't waste your time and money in this fraudulent company. If you earn big profits, so they will block your account by any lame excuse and then kick you out. I made 5000$ profits, withdrew it on 28th October and kept on waiting till this day 8th November, and then they rejected my 3000$ profit share by making lame and fake excuse that I have hit max drawdown. I have challenged them to show me the proof of max drawdown,but they don't and now even blocked me from their telegram group too so that other members are not informed about their frauds. Shame for them ro cheat the traders. Shame.

I never received my withdrawal. I made my first retraint on September 28 but I haven't been paid so far. After the withdrawal they blocked my trading account. I lost everything despite my sacrifice in the challenge until the first withdrawal. I wrote to customer service, they were slow to answer me and also ignore my messages. 5 days later they tell me that I had TCT fraud when I never used TCT. avoid this company. it's scam. Fake

They refuse to give me 200K account, with reasons not written and informed before. Instead offering full refund or a 50K account with refund on fee difference

After funded, then they limited the lotsize.
Wow.... another not-in-the-agreement clause.
I made several withdrawals, in BTC instead of my choice USDT... with different conversion rate than spot rate; resulting in receiving BTC 0.03997891 less.

When confronted and providing details to them, since Oct 25th up until now; 3 weeks of no answer from finance team; while this showed how they respect traders.

So, yes I left this prop company with my live account still on, to avoid future mental/psychology cost.
Consider to choose other prop companies.

I passed the 50k challenge. Time to verify and receive live account is long, but I can live with that.

However, when I got the live account, I had the surprise to see that I'm limited to 2$ per contract on index such as DOW jones or Nasdaq etc.. which is quite ridiculous for a 50k account.
I wrote them and I received some kinda answer saying it's because too many trader blew their account...
I checked and it was not written anywhere that 50k account was limited so low for index trading. (knowing that during passing challenge I was not limited).
I still have my 50k account but it's a bit useless since I'm blocked at 2$ per point...Difficult to follow money management rules with that...
You can open several position, but since you can't open a position that is in negative, you must be very careful, a mistake can happen very quick.
It's one of these rules they have to make you loose your account.
I don't recommend this pro-firm and will not pass any challenge with the anymore.
Some prop firms are much better out there. This one just wants your money and does all to make it hard once you're funded...

This is the second time this firm would scam me. first time they closed my live 200k account for group trading, this time they rejected to give me a 50k funded account after i passed phrase 2. I had to wait 5 days after i passed phrase 2 to get a rejected letter saying a manual risk review was done on my account and said i had martingale like strategy. which makes no sense because i didn't violate the martingale rule because it would have shown on my dashboard.
my advice is for everyone to STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM. THEY ARE RUNNING A LEGAL SCAMM. They have hidden rules to make you fail

Make sure to check rule about layering style . For now you can add layers only when you are in profit. And they have updated this rule silently and didn't give any update on this ... make sure to check rules ... Stay away from them
