I joined this Prop Firm because of their low fees. However, after buying the first challenge account with them, I failed it. I took a break and when I'll resume, I forgot the password I used. So I had to open another account with another email. I also failed the challenge in that account. But in the meantime, I was able to recover the previous password. So then I moved on to resume with my first account with them.
Then I transferred some tokens that I had mined from the new account to the old account so I could buy a challenge with the old one. Unfortunately again, I failed the challenge and so the circle continued for a long time until recently.
Now after buying several accounts with this firm, I was able to pass their challenge and received a contract form. I filled this contract and received the login details for a live funded account days later.
I started trading this account and made close to 8% profit. On the 14th of September, I placed a withdrawal request and the amount was deducted from my account same day.
Next day, being the 15th of September, I received an account closure email.
Reason?
This Prop firm claimed that I sent TC tokens between two accounts that I operate.
Now, while it is true that I sent TC tokens between the accounts, it only happened once and that was a very Long time ago.

If it is a crime to send tokens, why was it not stated in the first place?
When I received the account contract form, there was nothing in relation to transfer of token being a ban able offense.
Also, if it is true, why wasn't I told at the point where I was screened between the phases?
Why wasn't I told when I was buying several accounts?
Why must this issue of TC tokens transfer come up now that I have become funded and want a withdrawal?
Why allow me to waste my hours, days, weeks and month to dedicated trading only to be denied my payment at the withdrawal stage?
Why is this company coming up with this at this stage?

I want you guys to contact me and sort this out. I need my payment and you guys have no right whatsoever to deny my payout after putting so much effort and dedication by waking up early to trade and staying up.

Purchased an instant account, account delivered within 24H. Made my first withdrawal on Sep 14th and received profit share on 16th. However the website is kinda buggy.

Unfortunately after having nothing but good words to say about this company the day came where i wanted to withdraw $2000 from my $50k instant account, and i was excited to write a great review, but here we are.........

There is a lot of bugs and issues within the Traders Central website, and yesterday it became apparent that when you try to redeem your daily TCTs it wouldn't allow you to, instead each click added 50 TCT into your account it, which i only found out later in the day once i logged into the website through my PC. Unknowingly i kept clicking thinking it was my 4G connection not updating the website.

I then contacted RobTC (Support Moderator) at 3pm UK through Telegram who was aware of the issue, and his response was as follows.

ME - "Can i send you the tokens that are on my account from the bug? Or will they be removed when office opens?"

RobTC - "They'll be removed once the bug is fixed"

NO MENTION OF THEIR WEBSITE ISSUE RESULTING IN MEMBERS ACCOUNTS BEING BANNED OR SUSPENDED.

Along with a lot of other members we have all had our accounts suspended and for no real fault other than their own.

The TCT Bug couldn't benefit anyone or be used as an advantage/gain as all TCT purchases go through a screening process to check where they have come from before being accepted.

The origin of this bug was a fault of TC themselves, it isn't as though members somehow hacked into the code or used multiple accounts to gain TCTs, it was an issue from their side.

It does make you wonder if this was purposely done to avoid having to payout some of their traders ?????

At around 8:30pm 15/09/22 i was unable to log into my account to monitor my open trades.

I have sent an email to appeal this matter but to my surprise i haven't received a response.

I expect many other traders that have been stung by this banning spree will be writing their review based on experience over the coming days.

All i can ask Traders Central to do is take responsibility/ownership for their errors and wrong-doing; make things right and reinstate those accounts and payouts

I have been working with them for some time now and I got annoyed with them several times but because of my mistakes... They are straight!
If you are in the rule... FOLLOW the rule!
Some rules I made flexible and I got it wrong... so if you fulfill your part make sure they follow theirs. A good and honest company.

The sentence is pronounced. I am guilty of having taken advantage of the entire month that was allocated to me to trade. According to the firm, knowing how to trade isnt enought, you have to withdraw it CRAZY fast . To believe that someone wants to steal it from me... LOL! (humor here, I can and I should in my situation, they just stoled me $2850).

I swear on what is most precious to me that this quote is 100% true. Their senior agent told me: ''you won't be paid because you waited to withdraw your profit''.

Imagine the bank using the same argument for your checking account at the beginning of the month. ''oh no sir this money earned during the last month is gone now if you don't use it.. well it's just go to the magic pocket of all mighty7 dollars god''. ''I know sir.. I appologise sir.. '' Do not hesitate to come back, you are an important customer for us .. hhhh,, clients''.

All the reasons are good for them to not pay. '' the mantra given, ''money get in AND DONT YOU LET THEM HAVE IT BACK''.

Please CTF: strike this one, I want to show that conversation to trustpilot so they validate that my saying in front of the public.

We are no longer in a scenario of misunderstanding or human resource errors. TCF is well SCAM ORGANIZATION and really well thought out.
Your offices appear in vancouver, by retracing we see that there is only one marketing entity and the legal enterprise of the funds is in gana, (besides the official account is practically empty). (you could have put an effort to at least put a voicemail on your dead phone line).
Vancouver is used as a front. To my surprise, , (sarcasm), you are using demo accounts. Knowing that statistically 90% of traders lose all their money within 90 days and that with the profitability pressure of 5% minimum and a maximum drawdown. These same fees that you charge will pay the winners and you keep the rest.

But the problem is that the month of June the volatility was abnormally high and the average standard deviation of winner has moved slightly to the right putting you in deficit and now you can no longer pay.

TCF, Prove what I say above is wrong. Claim your innocence, let's show everything we got.

I lost almost $3000 USD, it's true. A price I would pay willingly if it had m the chance to reveal you. you are robbing young traders, naives and full of hope. Y

A little update from my end. Reduced to 2-stars as I, and other funded traders are now having issues receiving timely payouts. Will update this as things progress or get resolved.
End Update: 01-NOV-2002

I got live funding from their challenge program in June-2022 and I purposely waited this long before chiming in my review as I wanted to get the full experience from the 2 challenge stages to perhaps getting funded and then getting payouts. Now, two months after getting funded and receiving payouts twice, I think I can fairly provide an objective review that reflects my experience w/ them so far.

First attempt: I did not hit the profit target in Stage 1 but I got a free retry as promised.

Second attempt:
Stage 1: Upon hitting target at day 29 of 30, I remember receiving a risk review notification via email automatically. A fairly smooth process where I got my Stage 2 MT5 details within a day or two.

Stage 2: Almost took me the entire 60 days to hit the smaller target but I got there. I had to request for a risk review on this one as I did not receive an automated email like in the previous stage. I believe, this was when they had that painful website overhaul. The risk review was quick and I got my funded account within 2 days.

Month 1 (July) as a funded trader was a break even month for me so I did not withdraw. Month 2 ( I made some profit so I was able to request payouts on both the appointed payout dates (14th & 28th). I requested the crypto option and usually received them within 2-3 days of request. Note: you will need to KYC before requesting withdrawals. KYC process was automated and was done in 5 mins. or less.

Why only 4 stars? I think they're trying to do too much and if you go into their website, you will understand. New site is clunky and buggy and has some features that will make you scratch your head. Their analytics dashboard is all but useless right now IMO. I think they should have poured most of their resources into perfecting that dashboard than creating all those parts that aren't essential to the funded trader experience; maybe focus on education insofar as their community is concerned instead of arcade/wager games? I do not really understand how they can be "decentralizing finance for all" and why they should do that. I am also into crypto and dabbled a bit into DeFi and not sure what exactly they are currently doing that ties up into that.

I understand that this firm is getting some bad reviews in social media. As you can surmise from my experience, I do think that most of them could be unfounded and may not be telling the entire story. As far as getting funded in my forex trading, my experience has been quite smooth even when I had to get in touch with support or the risk team which I had to do at least twice so far. Payouts have been timely so far as well. They have some of the best pricing out there and I got my 25k account at way lower than most other funding firms. I think once the dust settles, I may look into getting another funded account with them. That is, if they start allowing it (They only allow 1 OTF challenge account per person at the moment). This is another reason why I gave them only 4 stars, along with the fact that I can't scale up my 25k account (hope that changes soon).

Some other notes: They substantially reduce the leverage/max lot size per position for the CFD indices (S&P, Nasdaq100, etc.) during the NY open and during news releases so they basically discourage you from trading those during the best time of the day to trade them. I just stick to the currency pairs which means I tend to trade less (which is also not too bad).

Well I must say they are very good but am not really satisfied with their payments. Their rule states you will be paid 60% when you request for a withdrawal on an instant account . I requested a withdrawal of 71$ but instead I was paid 19$ which was lesser than 40% am not satisfied with this .please can you guys attend to this as soon as possible

Worst Experience Ever, I've been flagged martingale but even support cannot tell me exactly how I violated this rule , I have worked hard to pass the 50k challenge now I can't withdraw because of this plus can no longer access my account. Very unprofessional...
