Great response on a Saturday evening to come out and repair an unstoppable leak to our office central heating pipework. Kyle and Jay attended at 11:00pm and both went the extra mile as they were prepared to get soaking wet to resolve our issue. Couldn’t thank them enough as they still had call-outs to go to after ours. Will definitely be recommending them to family and friends.
My drains was backed up pretty bad, had Darren and Dan turn up absolute great lads and great job, these lads don't mess about, highly recommend.
Trades 247 were really easy to deal with, booked in an engineer to fix our water heater in canteen, came out same day and sorted. The guy was nice and polite and cleaned up his mess afterwards. I have asked about their maintenance package.

Worse experience ever !!
They took £480 to leave job few minutes later as 3 grown man was scared of my tenat ! Who only asked why there need to be 3 people for a job, they refiused to take a shoes off even all flat got fresh new carpet and person who lifes there got OCD. Office doesnt replied to email about breaching contract !!

Came to our house to clear a domestic blockage. left sewage over the building and a lump on the drive. Were rude and sat around half the time. Used my water and lighting and then overcharged me for their incompetence. One hour job took them 3 hours.
This company repaired some faulty plumbing in my house, at the same time they damaged some brackets that were holding the waste pipe horizontally, this resulted in waste water from the kitchen flooding the ground floor of my house, i called them and they apologised, turned up and rejected any responsibility of this, drove away and wouldn't even clear their mess up unless i paid them.
They have no morals and are only interested in taking your money, please avoid this company if you want a good honest service.
