Don’t trust their reviews, they are supposed to be below 1
I went in for hair colouring and was talked into getting balayage—big mistake. My hair is now completely damaged. Whatever products they used were clearly low quality, because after every wash my hair feels worse—dry, rough, and basically fried. The colour is patchy and uneven, and it looks nothing like what I asked for.
I paid $340–$400 for this, which is honestly ridiculous. This isn’t even worth $100. I’ve had better results from cheaper salons.
When I complained, the manager was incredibly unprofessional and dismissive. Instead of taking any responsibility, she told me not to come back if I wasn’t happy. That says everything about how they treat their customers.
I ended up having to spend more money at another salon just a week later to fix the mess they made. While there might be one or two decent stylists there, the rest clearly don’t know what they’re doing.

Took a while for my delivery
Took a while for my delivery, I reached out to costumer service, one of my 1 litre products was out of stock and didn’t know when it will be back in, the rep offered to replace it with 4 smaller bottles to make up for the 1 litre, I had my order delivered within 3 days.

I did not like how the ends of the hair…
I did not like how the ends of the hair would straggle at the ends and the length was too long. I had to cut them, not worth the money. Although I did like the texture of the hair and the colour was spot on.

Delivery did not come to my house
Online order took a while to come and then was "delivered" to a Post Office a 15 minute drive away from me. Please find a new delivery service otherwise what is the point of an online order?

I have had the worst experience…
I have had the worst experience ordering from your company. I still haven’t received my order first. I reached out because there was trouble with the tracking and I had no idea when the order was coming no notifications from you. Now I’m told that you’re having trouble with your delivery service so there’s a hold up. For the last week the parcel has stayed in one place and hasn’t moved. I don’t plan on ordering anything else from your company.
