Terrible company. Ordered some tiles and they sent the wrong parts. Told them and they said they would swap. Then after chasing told me they had got the wrong price on tiles and would not honour the contract price. They said they would refund the money paid, but I was clear they should supply as advertised and agreed and not refund me. Still no tiles.

I ordered a rotary level laser on 21/03/2021 for my fathers birthday. Having paid £12.95 for delivery I was expecting a reliable delivery in time for his birthday, especially given the expected date of delivery was 31/03/2021. It is now 13/04/2021 and it still has not been delivered, with no e-mail explanation from anyone. Not impressed.

UPDATE
After me constantly having to chase them up, they said my item was delivered to the wrong address. The owners of this address say they never had any package delivered. They are honest people and we believe them. I was promised a refund nearly two weeks ago after the total failure to deliver my goods. This has still not been provided !!!! If I don't get a full refund I'll be taking this further. This company is dodgy as hell.

Anastacia from the company promised me a refund, but after nearly two weeks I had to chase it up. The second person I dealt with from the company was very helpful and got me my refund.

I received the Outdoor Pest Repeller in a timely manner and am very pleased with the product. It is a bird scarer and appears to be effective especially for Magpies, although I have only used this for a few days to date.
The product is well made and imitates the sounds of a Hawk, distressed Gull or a distressed Starling - it can be activated by PIR motion or by a timer and is designed for outdoor use.

I recieved my item that was flimsy & not as stated, also charged postage almost £4.00 even though it fitted in a standard Jiffy bag, when I asked for a full refund including postage as this was false advertising, recieved an email saying to send item back with tracking they would be happy to refund the purchase price. Item was £2.20 so on top to post it back with tracking plus original postage they know they have have got you in a win win situation, will not be purchasing anything from this company again
