Update!!!

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
Stay away from these people...at all costs. I got suckered in with their advertising that their algos are so great and they make money in all markets, but don't be FOOLED!!! Their recommendations and their algos are nothing special. Their whole thing is to try and sucker you into buying their Platinum service, which I am sure is just as worthless. NO REFUNDS only credit should tell you everything.

UPDATE: Finally got a call from one of their customer service representatives, someone with authority, who was able to assist me and resolve my issue. Thank you Shamala.

I Unsubscribed and They’re Like Vomit

I requested multiple times to be withdrawn (unsubscribed) from their mailing list and for 10 days it was clear and started receiving emails from their affiliates. I unsubscribed again to each of the affiliates and updated my preferences. They continued to email me and I reported them back in November to the federal trade commission and after 8 days didn’t receive any emails for awhile until today they emailed me from their address 8 times and I got 40 affiliate emails on top of that. I reported them as well to my paid email for abuse of terms of service. This company is the NY Post of trading companies, they are the bottom of the barrel. Dirtbags!

Tradesmith.com has without my approval…

Tradesmith.com has without my approval tried to deduct several thousen Swedish Crowns from my bank account in Stockholm. My bank managed to stop all of those 10 illegal attempts.

I think my research is just as good then spending 1500 bucks. Just do not expect immediate results . Lot of factors can come into play regarding politics- world unstable issues. Every thing is a risk.
I would wait until Qantum will be a buy to strong buy . They should of got in a year ago .

Beware, NO REFUNDS

I was interested in the Tradesmith360 product after watching the web presentation with Porter Stansberry and Keith Kaplan, CEO of Tradesmith. I was confident with a 90 day "cancellation" policy that I could try the product and see how it fits my needs. After 2 weeks, I realized it was for Traders and I'm just an Investor. I called to cancel and had a very indignant conversation with Randy Johnson who told me, yes, I could cancel, but I could not get a refund. Only a credit for other TradeSmith products. Since I already tried the 360 product which includes all their services, I don't need other TradeSmith products, so requested a refund to my credit card. Randy's response, "not going to happen" and "good luck with trying to initiate a dispute with my credit card company". If this is the type of customer service you like, then go ahead and subscribe. If not, STAY AWAY.

Not exactly what was marketed

My subscription to Trade AI just ended. While I ended with a positive return, it no where near covered the $1500 fee for this subscription for one year. In fact, there were a number of investments that held onto a little longer and wound up either losing less or making more than your recommendations based on stop losses. Based on my calculations at the start of this with the amount of money I had to invest, I should have made more than my initial investment for this service based on the marketing information presented.
The marketing for this service made it seem like there would be 3-4 investments going on at one time. While the service started out this way, there were a number of times where there was only 1 or 2 investments and times when there were no recommended investments. Also, the website use to have the returns for all the investments early on in my subscription. Then this was removed. This seems to correspond to when the investments started to not do so well.
I would recommend that you tell potential subscribers that they should be willing to investment so much per month to have a better chance at a positive return after the fee.
I did learn a lot from this service and the weekly video updates. However, I cannot recommend this service to anyone based on the returns I experienced during this past year.

I joined the TradeSmith Constant Cash…

I joined the TradeSmith Constant Cash Flow early in 20024 and paid close to $1500 for one year service.
The program would give you one daily suggestion to sell puts in order to collect the premiums.
The problem is that in order to sell these puts on a daily, or even on a weekly basis, you need huge cash balances on your account, or huge amounts of margin in it in orther to finance the puts.
Due to this problem, I have only been able to follow their advise 8 times this year, making a profit of about $800 total. Today, I was advised that one of their recommendations will not perform according to plan, and was advised to "buy to sell" this particular option. The problem is that this particular investment made about $104 deposited to my account when excercised, and now their recommedation will cost me a little over $1000 to follow. That is a 10 to 1 loss in about 2 weeks time. This type of risk was never explained in their offer.
This sounds to me very much like a Ponzi Scheme at best.

I thought it sounded good

I thought it sounded good, at first so I signed up on Eric Frye's site that is a scam as it said $50.00, so I called and looked for any scams noted online and found hundreds if you look for his name. I quickly called My credit card company and noted a dispute immediately. Especially since none of the links I was emailed did not work either.

Blah Blah

My subscriptions defaulted to auto renew, unbeknown to me. I get a credit card bill for $1500. So I went in to either cancel or stop auto renew. The cancel subscription process comes up with an error and the cancel auto renew button does not work. Seems easy to sign up and get charged but virtually impossible to get out. I concur on the Predictive Alpha AI they hype. I followed a dozen recommended stocks all but one lost money.

I have been a subscriber to TradeStops and Predictive Alpha Prime.

I have been a subscriber to TradeSmith's products for 5 years. The 'TradeStops' product is the best in the industry and no investor who wants to minimize stock losses should be without it. The firm is a leader and creator of AI applications for stock selection and has developed several products with market-beating predictive results.
The support staff is very knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Don't ever try to use this company…

Don't ever try to use this company product or service. The staff tried to lock your credit card info; and company did not refund you for the product or service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I had Predictive Alpha Prime; it was not working at all. The worst thing was: there was no refund within the trail period.
Then they trick you to try other products; and you cannot access the platform. After 365 days, you will lose everything to this company. The staff will tell you that you cannot talk to the supervisor or manager once you request to talk to the upper management. I don't expect that the people over there will get my money back; But i would warn people out there. Don't be a victim!!!!

I excitedly bought the Trade Smith only to be jacked with

I excitedly bought the lifetime Trade Smith Predictive Alpha Prime Elite membership bundle for $7697.19 including tax

They say in their ad that their 18 million dollar Artificial Intelligent system produces amazingly accurate stock price projections within the 21 day period.

My first trade worked well and so I really got excited but from there on out their projections mostly fell short producing many losses. Over the months watching many of their systems projections, I soon realized that their projections weren't so amazing and were running about 50% accurate, but 50% falling short, sometimes a lot short. Not what they claim

and obviously, they know, because, anyone who takes the time over several months, full time, can validate the results, these are their numbers not mine..

The Amazingly Accurate stock price projections product was $7,646 tax included , that's with their super amazing discount .

Now, if you have the ability to sell option contracts and have a large stock portfolio to cover the exposure to your margin account and then collect a small premium great... but this isn't projecting an accurate stock price from which you buy a stock.

So I got with one of their people and used their cancel credit program for All Access An-E, only $1237 more, sounds good.

I logged in and Option 360 was removed as agreed but NOTHING was added?? They swallowed my $1237 and removed option 360 and removed some other screening tools and gave me nothing additional?? So now im upset and frustrated.

and later I noticed the process involved them charging the credit card additionally full price and then they refunded it and then charged the additional charges, kind of shady, but not a big deal if your products work so.....

After a few 21 day cycles of seeing approximately 50% of the price projections fall short NEVER hitting the price, I called them up and told them I want my money back that they have used misleading, FALSE advertising, and that their system does not produce the results as advertised. (easily provable)

After arguing with the customer support they said they would refund my money and then sent me an email saying they were only refunding a CREDIT $1237 for the ALL ACCESS (that removed my access to the original tools).
I called back only to get in an argument with a different support person.

Im retired, 62 years old with heart problems, and im not willing to go through the brain damage BS they were putting me through. They insist the hard way, as they righteously felt I was threatening them with my expressed legal remedies..
but they ignore the evidence, published facts shown in their system do not work to the standards they claim in their ads.

Today I logged in to their system to see what was left and they removed the original Alpha Prime, they did not restore Option 360, and left me nothing resembling the original services I bought, bare bones stripped out. They did not restore my services to the original services and they refuse to refund.. What a joke of a company.

Remember, ALL Access An-E didn't give me anything additional but REMOVED the Option 360 and charged me an additional $1237 FOR NOTHING IN RETURN.

I get probably 20 emails from them daily, selling additional products.. Yah, right.. with other companies emails they sold my data to.

I believe they are breaking FTC advertising rules, making misleading and fraudulent claims. Shady, predatory business practices on the elderly.

Bottom line, they have non-user friendly product platform that does not work as described, producing overall losses, a customer support that's mission is to BS you into cowering away,... and an overall business plan that is designed to squeeze every dime they can out of you, and then kick you to the curb when you complain.

These guys are a RIP OFF.

When I asked for withdrawal, they didn’t pay me, I realized what was wrong when I compared them to F H U B, never had any issue with payment.
