Great service. Excellent Loft Ladder
Last week I wanted to order a loft ladder from Trade Store Online. I got very useful information in email correspondence as I wanted to have delivery to the Isle Of Wight. This was arranged at a very reasonable rate. It was then delivered in under 24hrs. Excellent service for a great product!

Not necessarily next day!
Nothing wrong with the product, promised next day delivery if ordered before 14:00 the day before. Ordered late one evening so assumed clock would start ticking the following day at 14:00, item not delivered the day after that, companies should not be allowed to advertise what they aren’t going to deliver, I ordered on the pretence of “next day delivery”, this was not achieved.
They gained the sale on a false claim, which deprived me of shopping elsewhere.
Not amused.

The product was very good according to my builder. It was also good value for money as the same product was alot more expensive on other sites. I would have given 5 stars but because the product should have been next day delivery but was not delivered on time. Trade Store online did try to explore why it was late, they were unsuccessful in getting hold of them. I was annoyed as I had to cancel an appointment. However, I do feel they should look at using another delivery company as that company has let them down.
