If I could give minus star that what you would have received, your company are cowboys i have phone you five times now and all you do is put the blame on everyone else SHAME ON YOU SOPHIE AND DIANE FOR TELLING BARE face Lies your company is awful and you are not interested in your customers again shame on you PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS AS IT WILL ONLY DAMAGE YOU HEALTH AND GIVE YOU UNWANTED STRESS .

I would give 0 stars if I could. I bought a pair of tailgate Strut Rear Left and right, electric auto boot gas, to match my BMW x6 2016. They said it is compatible with BMW X6 F16, F86 2014-2019. That is completely wrong, they don't fit at all, are very different. I had it in my boot for couple of months as I couldn't find a garage to do it, I was away then they were for the holidays and when I finally find someone, the thing doesn't match, that was a shock as in the end had to get it from BMW and I paid £462 for the right side only. You put wrong information on your website and now because its more than 60 day since I bought them I can't get a refund. Well, I trusted you, didn't cross my mind that you're selling me a wrong item.

We needed an air blower for our car. Placed the order on a Friday and part should have arrived on Monday.
TVP kept us informed along the way.

Evri lost our parcel. However, TVP sent out a replacement part with a different courier that arrived the next day.

Courier experience was bad, experience with TVP was great. Thank you!

AVOID THIS COMPANY. SENT THE WRONG PART AND I HAD TO ARRANGE A VAN TO TRANSPORT THE PART TO GARAGE, THEY WOULD NOT SUPPLY THE CORRECT PART AND SAID ITS OUT OF STOCK, THEY DID NOT COMPENSATE OR DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I WAS CALLING UP AND KEPT GETTING CUT OFF ALL THE CALL HANDLERS ARE FOREIGN MAYBE IN A FOREIGN CALLCENTRE WHO DONT EVEN UNDERSTAND ANYTHING OR MAKE ANY SENSE. SO WHEN YOU DO RUN INTO AN ISSUE OR HAVE A QEURY THEY WONT KNOW WHAT YOUR SAYING.

I wrote a review recently and gave 1 by mistake it should have been 5. I thought I was reviewing the Courier ( Evri) who not only failed to deliver the package to my neighbour as designated but delivered to the wrong address and location. The unknown lady who brought my package to my home told me they (Evri) left it exposed overnight on a wall outside her property!
The product I eventually received was of excellent quality, the ordering process was easy and their communication was clear and accurate.
I will definitely buy from them again.

Website tool gave the wrong part, tried charging me for a return even though this was explained. Once reminded of customer rights - issued return label. Courier came to house asking for parcel collection even though they said to drop to a local drop off. Then only partially refunded when both parcels were delivered. Pure hassle, wouldn’t recommend.

I have waited to write this review because the parts I ordered, I passed to the body repairers to use to repair our fiat 500. I have to say after ordering the parts I did see a few 1* reviews. But now I know from my own experience they are way better than that. The parts arrived within 24hrs as they said. They did fit the car and according to the bodyshop were better than a lot of after market bits they see. We got the car back today it's fine. Thank you.

Really easy to use. Especially with the number plate checker. Only thing I would suggest is adding the additional parts you might need available easily. I didn’t realise it wouldn’t come with the ‘plugs’ to attach the part. So for an occasional user like me, that would be helpful. Super quick and easy service.

Ordered parts with “guaranteed” next day delivery when ordered before 3 so I did that then told it would arrive 4 days later, wasn’t desperate for the part so accepted that. Come that 4th day, at 3pm I received an email saying that the part was damaged and now out of stock so they had to cancel my order. I was angry but they let me order the same part again and again come the expected delivery date the item is “damaged” so my order was again cancelled. Won’t be using them again.

Part came a day late, was promised for it to come on the 12th however it came on the 13th, not a big deal however they shouldn’t say they deliver things on a specific date if they can’t actually do that. However when I called to number to see where my part was she was very nice and was very helpful Great customer service,

I have had parts from TVP on many occasions mainly servicing and brake components quality parts at very competitive prices and always arrived on time I have to say I have found them to be a good company to deal with

Useless, heard nothing for over a week, when I chased them they said the part was damaged and couldn’t be sent! AVIOD!!!

Absolute diabolical company!!! Take your money somewhere else! Promise next day delivery - no tracking after 2 days. Try to cancel the order and they can’t because they don’t actually have the stock!!! They don’t even have a clue who TVP themselves have ordered it from!!! Honestly, buy somewhere else. I wish I’d read the reviews first.

Placed an order with these guys however the order never showed up. I then contacted them for a follow up on my order to then be told their courier company has lost my parcel in their depot (this is a car bumper not exactly something you can misplace). They then went on to tell me they can’t send me any replacement as they are out of stock. I have looked on their website which states they have got 2 left in stock but now they have raised the price of the item from what I originally paid for it.

Electric tailgate struts for nissan xtrail, delivered next day on said day and well packaged. Fitted today all working well. Good after market part.

Sells cheap Chinese parts on ebay and no doubt on their website, that don't last and are not fit for purpose and then when contacted, will wash their hands of any kind warranty and just tell you the part is used and that's that.

The price and ease of ordering my parts are great. Shipping was free and no one else had the bits I was looking for will definitely use this company again.
