Tha app is easy to download, operate and for now I have not encountered any fowl play . I reserved the one star pending on my withdrawal experience.

⚠️ Extremely Disappointing Experience with Trade W Support & Withdrawal Issue
I am sharing my genuine experience so other users and management can understand the seriousness of this issue.
After making a legitimate withdrawal through the Trade W platform, my bank account was affected due to complaint-linked funds connected to the withdrawal transaction. As a result, lien/frozen amounts were placed on my account.
My issue started on 9 April, and I tried contacting both the support team and my Account Manager from 13 April onwards, but between 13 April to 28 April, I did not receive proper help, meaningful guidance, or actual resolution. Support only kept giving waiting timelines without real action.
Only after I mentioned that I had approached the Cyber Cell did I start receiving proper responses, and my case formally moved forward on 28 April.
By 5 May, I had already submitted all requested documents, including complaint details, bank proof, lien proof, transaction evidence, and supporting documents. My Account Manager assured me that the matter would be resolved within 15 days and specifically told me not to worry.
However, that commitment was not fulfilled.
Even more disappointing, I submitted details of both complaints together, but only one complaint-related amount was refunded, while the second amount still remains unresolved without proper explanation.
On 22 May, I was informed that the matter had already been verified and forwarded to the Finance Team, and a pending amount of $60 was confirmed after review. Despite this, I continue receiving only generic responses like “team is checking” without actual resolution.
I expected better support, faster resolution, and accountability from a trading platform. I sincerely hope management improves customer support, payment handling, and issue resolution processes so other users do not face the same experience.

It's almost one month and day by day fraud transaction complaints are raising, I am unable to access my bank account, my bank account is freeze. But no one helping..
I did biggest crime to trade on this platform and I am paying for it.

I have deposited 23000.00 rupees on 22/04/2026 but this amount is not credited in my account and i complain maney time costomer care and account manager.but they have not provided any positive response and he asked me please provide account statement and screen shot of deposited platform.i provided this demand but no result found till now.
