Don't use this company
They claim to be 'Intelligent' trade finance providers but have no intelligence in any of their deal processing mechanisms. After 3 months of back and forth, they gave us a 'soft approval with limits' and requested a sizeable setup fee and 2 weeks later refused to setup a facility for no fault of ours or our customers. No one failed hard checks. The reason given was "Our insurers lost appetite to provide us with a cover on these debtors." The debtors by the way were multi billion pound companies with a very clean and successful trading record. As the promised setup wasn't done, I requested for a refund of the fee paid (especially given that it wasn't any of our fault). It seems like its their way of making money in the post pandemic world; Lie and steal from SMEs who are as it is struggling!
