Came to get my phone unlocked. Great service, very friendly and was done in 10 minutes. Thank you guys.

Sent them an iPhone SE purchased in 2022 selecting SE 2022 from their website. The phone was delivered on Sunday and till Thursday they had no clue where the phone was. Called and emailed them so many times sending proof of delivery. They had offered me £90 for that phone on website and on Thursday when they fininal said they have received phone they paid me £34 stating its iPhone 2020 not 2022. It maybe true but they demanded £10 to send the phone back while compare and recycle website said they shall charge £5 if I did not agree with their price. A hopeless and unprofessional company. I shall just put my phone of market place or ebay next time. What a waste of time. I DONT TRUST THEM. BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN YOU SEND THEM YOUR LOVED DEVICES.

Excellent service all the way around. The team was friendly, professional and efficient from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding service.

I think they rip you off my phone was immaculate but when sent they lowered my offer by £100 when queried they raised it a little bit said it was scuffed and speaker on low whatever that means but I think they were just trying it on and wouldn’t raise the offer any more and if you want the phone returned you have to pay an admin fee of £10. Wouldn’t use again.

Awful company. Would not use.
Was quoted £160, Sent my phone in, never heard anything for weeks, sent multiple emails with no reply, couldn’t ring them as the number provided doesn’t work. Finally got a response after sending a screenshot of Royal Mail saying delivered. For them to say, the envelope arrived with no phone inside, even though it’s was a sealed envelope with tape. Was then told, I’d receive up to £100 compensation. 10 weeks later, yet more multiple emails chasing and asking for proof of Royal Mail claim. I finally received £50 today. Absolutely disgraceful communication and experience. Do not recommend this company one bit. Wish I had never used them.

Excellent service traded my first 16 Pro Max to TYP

Sent this Company two phones that I considered to be in good order, they were protected all there working lives with me. Sent them off in good faith only to be told that both phones had faults they then decided to drop the initial payment stated. This to me stinks, they are trying to cover their postage by dropping the original price quoted. I suggest looking else ware for doing business.

Not happy! Was initially offered £118 for my phone and when it was "inspected" it apparently had screen burn (absolute rubbish) and scratches beyond repair! There was 1 small scratch on the screen I can assure you!
They offered me £25 for it... And then when I refused, offered me a final £40so basically £78 less than they quoted... They wanted £10 to return the phone back to me. NEVER AGAIN!!
