During the design process, Charlie actively communicated with the drafts and was open with our suggestions or minimal revision. The production was completed and delivered in timely manner. What a great experience

Commuinication and Design team did a…
Commuinication and Design team did a great job. The only thing that let me down was the packaging. There could have been more care with the packaging, like adding material to stop the products from moving around in the box and protecting the product while in transit. I also would have expected the 6 page brochure could have been a higher quality, the paper is too thin for my liking.

I just wanted to touch base so I can acknowledge your small concerns so we can improve our services and how our suppliers act on our behalf.
1. Packaging:
Not sure if you have fully unpacked the goods supplied. But would love to see a photo of the concern.
As our printing goes straight from our supplier to you we don't get to see this part. So with any packaging or printing concerns we give our suppliers the feedback where possible.
2. Stock Weight (GSM)
So you would have noticed that the flyers were a heavy weight stock 250gsm but the brochure was 150gsm.
So with only the 6pp Brochure we are restricted to GSM weight of 150gsm Gloss or 170gsm Matt/Silk.
The reason is due to the double roll fold of a 6pp brochure, it's unique to the page count. So the thicker stock can't be folded twice by the machine.
But for future reference if you went with a 4pp, 8pp, 12pp etc we can go with a saddle stitch which is 4pp, stapled on the edge like a magazine.
This allows us to change to a heavier stock or heavier cover.
Anyway, we wanted to give that input for next time as we think everything turned out great and would like to work with your guys again in the future.
