I had an issue with challenge accounts…
I had an issue with challenge accounts not being allocated to me. I reached out to customer support where James swiftly responded and resolved the issue. He informed me my accounts would be allocated after a few hours. Fortunately for me they were both available to trade with the first hour. Delay in Receiving My Live Account…
Delay in Receiving My Live Account After Passing $50K Challenge
I successfully passed my $50K evaluation account three days ago, but I still haven’t received my live/funded account. According to your policy, this should normally be processed within 24 hours.
I’ve worked with several prop firms in the past, and unfortunately, I’ve noticed a recurring issue where firms delay or make excuses after traders meet the targets. I sincerely hope this isn’t the case here, and I’d appreciate it if you could expedite the activation of my live account or provide a clear update on the status.

I breached my account due to daily…
I breached my account due to daily drawdown, because I thought they were using my timezone. I reached out to customer service and apparantly there is a timer in my dashboard that shows when the daily drawdown resets. I didnt even know this. After telling them this they activated my account again out of goodwill. I was suprised that they helped me, Very very happy with the customer support and the fact that they really want me to succeed.

After purchasing a challenge, I feel cheated. They banned me for risk-based harassment on the account I purchased. I only used one 0.10 position at a time for a month, nothing the same...
After years of props, this one has the most absurd rule. Let's be clear, I'm just expressing my opinion, I don't care.
