Fast delivery, product brand new. I picked up the vivo x fold 5 due to it being the cheapest foldable. I was not expecting this level of quality. I could not believe it. My package arrived in 6 days with no custom duty fee or any other cost. The people at tradingshenzen will open your box with the phone and preinstall google services and anything else needed for the phone to work properly. 10/10 recommend

Fast shipping, great product, extremely fair price, quick support from the team, Windows Pro and Office 2024 bundled in the purchase of my new computer. Even better, no import fees to pay on receipt. Everything has been taken care in advance by the seller. It was my first Time making business with Trading Shenzhen, but it will surely not be the last. I'm extremely satisfied and I recommend everyone to make business with them.

Great value! I just purchased a new smartphone. Came ready for use in the UK. Shipment was very smooth with online tracking giving you detailed updates about the transfer. The phone is produced in China but is ready for use in the UK. Very satisfied with the transaction.

My order was delivered to the wrong mailbox by USPS and returned to them I had sent evidence and proof of that but they decided to just ignore me and are not responding to email any more.
My order reference is FCNGQKCOC

I saved hundreds of euros by purchasing from Trading Shenzhen, I definitely recommend them. The shipping was remarkably fast, especially considering its origin in China. The phone functions as flawlessly as if it had been purchased domestically.

So, let me start from the beginning. My old phone just stopped working properly here in Sweden. You know how they switched things up with the networks? Apparently, VoLTE is mandatory now, and if your phone doesn't support it, you're basically screwed. Can't make calls properly, data gets wonky, it's a mess. My old one didn't make the cut, so I had to find something new that actually works with the networks here.
I started looking around and kept seeing the Redmi K80 Ultra. Looked like a solid phone, good specs, decent price. But then I checked the prices on eBay and other sites. Bro, 4200 SEK for the 12/256GB version? After shipping and everything? That's just too much. I wasn't about to empty my wallet for a phone, even if it is nice.
That's when I found TradingShenzhen. I'll be honest, I was a bit nervous. You never know with these sites, right? But I read some reviews, people seemed happy, so I thought, "Why not? Let's try it."
I ordered on the 6th of March. Paid 2400 SEK for the 12GB RAM and 256GB storage model. Since I picked the EU warehouse option, it shipped from inside Europe. No customs, no import fees, no extra VAT, and free shipping. Can't beat that.
The phone showed up on the 11th of March. Five days. I've waited longer for packages from the next city over, so yeah, I was impressed.
Now, the phone itself. It was listed as second hand, but honestly? You'd never know. Not a single scratch on the screen, no marks on the frame, the back is flawless. Battery health is at 100%, so whoever had it before barely used it, or TradingShenzhen just picks really good condition phones.
And the reason I went with this Chinese version? Like I said, my old phone didn't support VoLTE, which is a must here now. I needed something that would work with 4G and VoLTE in Sweden. This Redmi K80 Ultra does exactly that. It doesn't do 5G, and honestly, I'm fine with that. 4G is fast enough for what I need. Calls come through clear, data works, messages send instantly. No issues at all. So if you're in Sweden or anywhere in Europe and worried about compatibility, this phone handles it perfectly.
The packaging was solid too. Multiple layers of bubble wrap, like they actually packed it with care. Inside the box: the phone with a screen protector already on it (saved me the trouble), a 120W fast charger, USB cable, SIM tool, and a case. They even included a travel adapter so I could plug the charger into Swedish outlets without needing to buy anything extra. That little detail surprised me. Shows they actually think about the customer.
So let's do the math again. Same phone on eBay? Around 4200 SEK included shipping costs. I paid 2400 SEK. That's 1800 SEK saved. For a phone that looks brand new, works perfectly, and supports all the network stuff I need here. No customs, no hidden fees, fast delivery.
Honestly, if you're looking for a phone and you're not checking TradingShenzhen, I don't know what to tell you except you're missing out. I was skeptical at first, but now I'm sitting here with a phone that feels new, works great, and cost me way less than anywhere else. I'll definitely be buying from them again. Highly recommended!!
A little update on this review:
So I checked it the other day, and yeah, it actually supports Bank ID. That's a huge deal here in Sweden, pretty much a must have. Also works with Google Wallet and Google Pay, so that's nice.
I wasn't totally sure if it would work with Bank ID, though. I've seen a few people before who bought Chinese phones and then found out Bank ID didn't work on them, which is kind of a dealbreaker. So I was a little worried. But thankfully, mine works perfectly fine with it. So based on that, I'm guessing most of their Chinese version phones probably support it as well.

I recently purchased my OnePlus 15 from TradingShenzhen and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish.
First of all, the price was outstanding. After comparing several retailers in Europe, TradingShenzhen clearly offered the best deal, which made the decision easy.
What impressed me even more was the delivery speed. The phone arrived in the UK incredibly fast – much quicker than I expected for an international shipment. Everything was securely packaged and the device arrived in perfect condition.
Communication and order processing were smooth and professional throughout the whole process. You can tell that this company has a lot of experience shipping smartphones internationally.
Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase. Great price, very fast delivery, and a reliable service. I would absolutely recommend TradingShenzhen to anyone looking to buy a new smartphone.
