Enetering ticker and pressing Enter opens chart for different ticker. Who on earth decided it was a good idea?

Also, impossible to create support request. They now use stupid AI chatbot which makes it nearly impossible to get actual support.

This is NOT the way to go. 1 star review well deserved. TradingView is no longer a serious tool, but a clown show.

I had 30 days trial plan. The day I activate and try to use some indicator ,ask me to upgrade premium. premium has also 30 days free.But they charged me for premium account and said my trial is expired.

Very very bad customer support team recently i have a problem related backtesting and i contact the support team and support team said we cant do that and this matter run about 1 month and they said we cant solve this issue i gave every proof that this issue is genuine and after 1 month they said u have to contact to another support team . what does this means ? and also i have purchased 9 times subscriptions on trading view. and i m quiitting trading view from now and never gonna use this again everything is worst also their charts stucks sometimes

Been a paid customer for probably 10-15 years and now potentially ending the subscription. Recently went through an indicator update on their platform and lost all my historical analysis. Their support team consists of one automated person who replies once a day and offers little if any actual support. Extremely frustrating. I am actively looking at competitors to offer my money too. Stay away from them.

I contacted them due to an issue where they are double billing me. All I could reach was their AI based support service to dispute the charge. All I got back was incoherent email with many misspelled words that stated that it was my problem and they would do nothing. I am now exploring other alternatives. I like their software but their support sucks

Another account closed because system detected breach in daily loss, but cant see this in a dashboard or mt5. They have no proof but keep taking peoples accounts. Scammers. Hope they will bankrupt soon.

I signed up for the free account for 30 days. The system tried to put in a charge of 381.oo . There is no customer service contact email or phone to speak to anyone there. Very bad experience. I will not trade with this company..it risky and no way to conact. beware

unfortunately forgot to cancel my subscription and i was charged the monthly fee and on the same day i tried so hard to get through to the help centre to get a refund and all i can get a loop back to the same place. No one to speak to, noting at all. This is very bad customer service. Never expect that from Tradingview.

Scam site operated by bots. No possibility of an interaction with a human customer service rep. I signed up for a paid trial immediately changed my mind but could not terminate the service.
Had to block it for rebills with my credit card company.

Why can't I enter a market order, I have to click 20 times to execute? Why have big slippages started? Why don't the stoplosses work?

This is what Tradingview.com claims: My trial period was completed.
My response to its claim; is my financial advisor was ineffective during the trial period because he did not inform me that I needed a computer and internet service to function in the environment.

After my trial period was completed, my financial advisor informed me that I needed a computer and internet. He also became an ineffective and derogatory communicator. He ended our last conversation with a raised voice, more derogatory remarks about me, I'll get a refund, and hung up his phone.
He did not get me a refund.
When I tried to request a refund due to Tradingview's appointed financial advisor's ineffectiveness and unprofessional behavior, I was put into an automated loop and the customer service team did not interrupt the loop to help me with my refund nor my complaint.
Beware of their financial advisor appointments and the delay tactics and strategies to get you through the 7 day trial period.
Then beware of the automation that makes spending more money easy and the return of the already paid subscription impossible until I complain through governmental channels.

While TradingView is arguably the best tool on the market for charting and technical analysis, attempting to actually execute live trades through its broker integrations can be an absolute disaster.

Constant Broker Disconnections: The API bridge between TradingView and the broker account is shockingly unstable. Right when market volatility picks up or you need to manage an open position, the connection drops. You are constantly forced to scramble, re-authenticate, or log back in while your open trades sit completely unprotected.

Severe Execution Lag: Sending orders straight from the charts often results in frustrating delays. Because of the latency between TradingView routing the order and the broker processing it, you get slammed with terrible slippage. Orders that should fill instantly end up executing seconds later at entirely different, unfavorable prices.

Unreliable Trading Platform Behavior: The trading panel itself frequently glitches during high-volume sessions. Buy/sell buttons freeze, price feeds fall out of sync, and positions or order lines occasionally fail to update correctly on the screen.

Use TradingView for what it does best—analyzing charts—but if you are an active day trader or scalper, placing live orders through its broker integrations invites unnecessary risk. Until the connection stability and execution speeds are vastly improved, it's too unreliable for real-money trading.

Delayed stuff, my internet is working fine but when I put a limit order it cancels or doesnt buy, I couldve made sp much profit but it was Delayed, do better bro

Alerts under maintenance?

My trading view account got hacked, they charged about $500 before I caught it. They also got my email and are trying to hack into that. No customer support, you cannot get anybody to help.

I signed up because they offered a free Premium trial. After creating a chat, I discovered I couldn't publish it unless I upgraded to a paid account. Wait... what? What's the point of offering a Premium trial if basic Premium features are still locked behind another payment?

I was actually planning to subscribe, but this experience completely changed my mind. It feels misleading. There seems to be very little difference from a free account since almost every useful feature prompts you to upgrade.

To make matters worse, there's no way to contact support unless you already have a paid account. That is probably the most frustrating part of the whole experience.

It is simply impossible to communicate with this retarded outfit. impossible to email or call this operation. I do not understand how they are allowed to even operate in this great country. You can only reach them via an artificial intelligence system ( more like an artificial stupidity system) that is absolutely useless. Do yourself a favor and do not ever sign up with these morons unless you want to deal with a nightmare.

If you can use any other tool to trade, go for it. They make you purchase and upgrade plans, when you have the basic plan, things suddenly stop working. In one week of being a basic plan, my trades suddenly get closed out, in lost or in profit...does not matter, suddenly puff, the trades gets closed for no reason in the middle of it. Although i pay for CME data, the chart is super slow... and of course, they don't help you out if you don't upgrade and pay for a plan. like you don't matter if you don't pay. You literally get an email saying: oh we only help paid customers. Ridiculous customer service.
