We have been sent the wrong item. The delivery note has the correct part typed on but we have been sent a spare part (MJ180 for K6/K7) models which is incompatible with our machine. We have sent two emails asking for the correct item to be posted and for this to be returned but literally received NO response which is just appalling! I cannot recommend them. Poor customer service service and lack of care when packing leading to a completely wrong item being sent.

Horrendous
Purchased item from Trafalgar Cleaning on 15th March, they emailed me on 17th to inform me that they don’t ship to NI. They have refused to refund my payment and they said it would be refunded within 48 hours which it has not. I contacted them via phone several times and they hung up on me.
I had a Kaercher sent out to me
I had a Kaercher sent out to me - a week later than advertised. It was not packed and therefore had the product inside on full view on the package which was not wrapped - It arrived by DPD and was placed in full view of the street and with no signature or other notification on a Saturday morning when there is nobody behind the desk. Unsurprisingly it disappeared and whilst they sent me a notification of it being placed in a lobby there is no evidence of it being there. They have not offered to send me another or follow up - they just seem to think I should take the hit. Terrible customer service - don't order from them if this is how they treat customers.

I received a machine with visible scratches straight out of the box. When I contacted them, there was no proper apology or explanation — just cold, unhelpful replies. Communication was poor throughout, and they arranged a return without even confirming a date with me. No care for customer satisfaction or basic service.
Very disappointing experience from start to finish. I strongly recommend avoiding this company — not worth the hassle.
Accepting payment for an order when the item is out of stock and poor communication
I was in the UK for two weeks when I ordered a floor buffer on their website and received a confirmation from DPD regarding delivery. Their website stated delivery would be within 3 days.
Two days later I received an email stating that my item is out of stock. This has left me 'high and dry' as I have now travelled back to the Isle of Man and they are refusing to delivery the item there, despite them accepting my order and messing me about.
If I would have known that the item was 'out of stock' when I was looking to place my order, I would have chosen a different retailer and have avoided all of this time wasting and increased cost. Not impressed.
Trafalgar went the extra mile
I sought Trafalgar's assistance to source a replacement lance for my K7 Karcher jet washer after unsuccessfully contacting several other companies supposedly supplying Karcher parts. Whilst Jamie Pearce in Trafalgar's parts department identified that the lance I needed was no longer available (as the washer is 5 or 6 years old) he went the extra mile by recommending and supplying a lance for a later model coupled with an adapter such that the lance supplied would fit my washer. This works perfectly. Jamie went out of his way to help and I would recommend Trafalgar unreservedly.
Great service and communication
Great service and communication. Jose was particularly helpful. I required some spare parts for my Karcher S4 sweeper. The parts did not cost much but the service I received was exceptional. I'll certainly use Trafalgar for my next purchase of a Karcher product.
Karcher motor failed
I am happy to recount that I had great service from Trafalgar Cleaning.My Karcher failed and simply made a noise from the motor. Diagnosing the capacitor to be at fault Trafalgar sent one straight away. Motor then worked fine and re assembled, Trafalgar also sent me some gaskets, so all well. I am very pleased that I was able to speak directly to Leon (in spares dept) and get the bits I needed. Really good customer service.
Karcher K7 poor aftersales
I bought a Karcher K7 and the dirt-blaster lance was faulty when I first used it 6 weeks after purchase. They claimed all faults had to be reported within 30 days otherwise it was not their responsibility and I should contact Karcher. They didn't seem to understand that the responsibility lies with the supplier not the manufacturer

Purchased a professional Karcher patio cleaning attachment for my pressure washer from Horsham.
The service was exemplary in every respect. The parts technician went the extra mile to outline the differences between the models on offer then assembled the parts in order I then just had to it attach it to the pressure washer.

This company was very easy to deal with. I received a machine with a fault, and customer services at Trafalgar organised the return and a refund. They were unfailingly polite and helpful.
Very bad experience
Very bad experience. Ordered a pressure washer from their website which claimed the item was in stock and available for next day delivery or standard 3 days. I ordered on Monday and by Friday it had not arrived so I rang. They told me that they did not have it in stock (even though their website still showed that it was) and that they would have them 'next week'. Today (Tuesday) I have received an email to say that they do not now expect them until the week after next. Their website STILL shows them in stock. I have had a full refund and found another company that has them in stock (confirmed by phone), free next day delivery, and slightly cheaper!
Excellent service all round
Using this company for the first time I brought two Karcher items this week. They were good prices and delivery was superfast. I will definitely use them again and can recommend this company. Excellent service all round.
Karcher order, very good all 'round.
I bought a Karcher K7 Compact pressure washer plus a Karcher T7 Plus T-Racer surface cleaning attachment. The products are excellent, the delivery was fast, and the prices were the best I could find.
I phoned before ordering online, and despite it being 5 minutes before closing time the assistant was very helpful and friendly with my numerous questions. I was considering a second attachment and the assistant didn't pressure sell me at all.
If I do buy a second attachment I'll definitely buy it from Trafalgar.

My K4 Full Control developed a fault
My K4 Full Control developed a fault, it was spraying water out from behind the spray hose. I contacted Trafalger Cleaning Equipment Ltd in Horsham. They took the machine in and charged a £21 assessment fee to diagnose the fault. Their commutation was first class, when I dropped the washer off they said there could be a delay, because of a backlog of work. I was thrilled when 2 days later they called to say it was repaired and ready for collection. The Total bill was £54.24 but they refunded the assessment charge, I was very impressed with the knowledgeable 1st class staff and their communication. I won’t hesitate in using them again and recommending them to others.
Absolutely useless
Absolutely useless. I lost count of the amount of times I have tried to contact this company about my order - each and every message was just ignored. Avoid this company - there are many out there with much better customer service.
Scammers
Bought a lawnmower through amazon. Tracking shows I have signed for it while I was not even at the building. Contacted them to tell the item has not been delivered, they have sent me a picture of a random doorstep as a proof, not even my door tho. Still dealing with amazon to get a refund.
Very poor service
Very poor service, courier went to the wrong address I explained this to this company. I wasn’t believed by there manager Paul Clarke until I sent my pictures over of my house as he had pictures from the courier where they went to the wrong address, still waiting for refund and being ignored. They keep saying they won’t refund me until they get the parcel back, so if it gets lost what will happen. This is a Mickey Mouse company avoid. I brought the same item from Euro Car parts for £20 less. When I spoke to this Paul Clarke there was no apology or nothing and he thought I was at fault, just avoid this company
