Delivery options very vague!
Trail clearly need to review and update their delivery options - they must be losing lots of business. In our rural postcode, most people will no longer use the cheap couriers as the likelihood of a successful delivery are almost nil (really). We now all routinely check the delivery options and simply shop elsewhere (and often pay more) if it isn't one we can trust. This must be the same for 1000s of other people now - and many sellers seem to be waking up (with more and clearer options offered).
I went through this process before placing an order with Trail (checked the details and then sent an online message). The outcome was basically "we can't tell you, the warehouse decide, even if you pay for Express". I think that is code for it will be Evri but we don't want to admit it (check the 1 star reviews - there is a bit of a theme!). With no opportunity to select any particular courier, there will be no order coming your way. Disappointing!
