Great product and excellent company
Bought the Trail sun air canopy for our Campervan as it was great value. It was the only canopy I found that fit without a rail. It worked so well, easy to put up, looks great. Delivery was super fast, I would definitely recommend this company. Many thanks

My go to store for camping kit
Bought a few things from trail now and been very happy with the quality of everything. The self inflating mats are excellent quality and good value. Just bought 2 compact folding chairs and they're surprisingly comfortable and a quarter of the price of the branded ones sold by a major camping retailer. The blue light discount is an added bonus! I always look at Trail first now when I'm replacing or adding to my camping kit.

Poor Customer Service
Ordered 3 items all showing in stock, 2 items arrived within a couple of days….despite taking my extra money for next day delivery….. Over a week later I am still waiting for my last item….. customer services never answer their phone, constantly in a queue…. So I then emailed customer services told it will take 7-10days to respond….. Not very professional at all!
