Perfect the packaging and expedition

The prices were the cheapest I could find for the products I ordered. On the other hand, I had issues with the delivery. It was sent by mistake to the wrong address. Also, they didn't respond to any of my inquiries around why the delivery is taking so long.
By comparison, I ordered something from AliExpress from China on the same date as from this shop and both deliveries arrived on the same day. :)
I will think twice before ordering from them again.

Can't see the problems ending. First of all they made the mistake to mix up my delivery address with my billing address. Additionally this address was not complete. Parts of the street were missing. So it could not be delivered and it took a lot of E-Mails and research to finally get the order delivered. Very time consuming!
Finally I got the order and I sent one item back hoping that this would work better and promptly. Unfortunately, I'm waiting for the refund now. Their website says: "Orders (...) will be refunded within 5 days of receiving your return shipment." Well, I won't bother so much if it were 2 days more but I would expect at least any message, just a response that it will be processed!
Conclusion: the money I saved by ordering at this online shop and not directly at the producers online shop does not bear any relation to the difficulties and problems I had and still have. Maybe an exeption? But still, I'm angry.

I've ordered there, since this special product wasn't availible in Germany. Excellent dealing with a problem my mailman caused.
Shipping time was only 2 nights to Germany.
I can only recommend this store.

by the mistake, I sended 2 payment to only per order , and one payment (89.90)eur -amount was sent to them in error.This amount was not refunded me!!

They provided me more than once with excellent service on the phone.
They helped me several times making a good choice of shoes. Next to that the delivery is very fast.
My first order was done around 16 o'clock. The next day around 12 c'clock I had my shoes.
