Great resource to help pass the exam. I really enjoy doing the practice tests since many of the questions on the exam were similarly worded. I would definitely recommend trainer academy if your planning on taking the NSCA-CPT exam.

It helped me really understand the all the information. I loved the flash cards and I know it helped me pass the exam!

Trainer Academy's NASM CPT MVP Package has been amazing. It has been a great tool to help me prepare for the test! I am not the best studier or test taker so having this tool has been a great help to keep me on course with the material. Some of the study material can be over whelming, but Trainer Academy does an awesome job of breaking everything down into bite size pieces. I have not taken the test yet, but plan on doing so in the upcoming months. Using everything Trainer Academy provided me will set me up to pass the test! The package provides study guides, practice tests, flash cards, basically everything you'll need to prepare for the test. I definitely recommend it, it sets you up for success!

Content was excellent and clearly gave me a leg up on study. Made my study time way more efficient and practice tests were very helpful. Felt comfortable on test day and passed on first try. NOT an easy test.

I liked the structure of the course that included audio learning guides that made it easy to remember concepts

I did pass the NSCA-CPT so I can’t deny Trainer Academy helped me. However nothing is super ground breaking. It’s a simple breakdown of how many weeks you have to study and a set amount of chapters and tests that you need to get through within those weeks.

The study guide was easy to follow and understand. It went right along with the text book, and helped me retain the information from each chapter. I was able to pass my NASM exam after just a couple months of studying.

The thing I found about the Trainer Academy NASM CPT-7 study program that makes it so much better than most other programs out there is that the materials are designed to ensure that you have a thorough understanding of the exam material. It’s not a program that promotes short-cuts and doesn’t suggest that you only focus your studies on specific things. And I found this to be extremely important when I sat for the exam (and passed on my first try). The reason it’s crucial to really UNDERSTAND the concepts is because the questions on the actual exam are often worded completely differently from the NASM practice tests and the other study tools available. If you don’t really understand the concepts, you may have a really hard time when questions are presented on the exam. The Trainer Academy program is thorough and authentic to the test and I really appreciated that.

The study guide for the CNC was very easy to use and helped a ton. It made studying a lot better

The Trainer Academy study system is super easy to follow and contains all of the necessary information without being overwhelming. I have not yet taken the CSCS test but I am way more confident as I start to wrap up my studying than I was while I was studying on my own without the system

I purchased the MVP package and I was floored. The illustrations for the Mnemonics Cheat sheet helped me so much. I have a photographic memory and all of the cartoons and fun content made me pass my NASM exam in December. Now I am a full time personal trainer at Equinox.

The materials were great but some of the information were in the wrong chapters in the notecards.

All the study tools were very helpful and in-depth! It is a lot to learn but if you take your time and prepare properly you will ace the exam!

This study material was great that ask a lot of questions that made it easier to take the nasm test. They really make you think before you answer and that exactly what’s the nasm test does to you!
