The course was well elaborated and concise

The course is very well designed. Short modules that have a quiz right after each chapter. One can complete the modules at your own pace and we are given plenty of time to finish the ten modules. The visuals and videos are excellent too. They even include a pre-exam practice to assist you with the materials covered.

Amazing website to teach you how to work and handle food. This will give you the opportunity to learn more and more!

I took the Food Handler's Certificate program with Train Food Safety.
As a low technologically person I was a little intimidated. However once I entered the website, it was quote easy to follow the steps and navigate review and practice quizzes of the course. When it cam to Exam time, I had some difficulty loading my photos and identification. So I had to access help via the number. I also used the online assistance which was prompt. I load my photo, and completed the exam. They informed me that my Identification still had not gone through and as they knew I was having difficulty I was offered an alternative means to submit it via email. I found this very helpful and appreciated their patience and flexibility with me.
Overall I completed the Course and exam in 4 hours, which I found very good.
I highly recommend this Food Handler's Certificate program !

I had my first food handler certificate old school way, go to a seminar and get it from Toronto public health. Was very skeptical getting one online. Train Food Safety made it easy and efficient. Now I have the second one.
