The step-by-step process for purchasing a 'personalised' pdf gift voucher
One negative comment but hopefully constructive is that the train gift web site needs slight amendment in so much as when going through the process of loading an image to personalise your gift voucher, the system should display a message, at the point of uploading your own chosen personal image, that the file exceeds 5MB and not after payment has been made and then finding that the image you chose and uploaded (supposedly) had been replaced by one of the train gift images.
However, help was at hand through 'Chat' and the 'Support Team'. Excellent prompt service to rectify the issue as outlined above (which I hope makes sense). Thank you.

It is very user-friendly. Very intuitive to use. I like that you can choose the amount of money that you’re gifting. The payment options are also very nice. It’s a great gift for Christmas. The fact that you can use it to book with major European train lines gives the person the flexibility to choose. The designs of the gift cards are very pretty and pretty customizable.
