They failed to provide the online course, were rude, condescending and refused to provide a refund. I would not recommend anyone use them.

Best First Aid Course in Sydney
I was recommended the First Aid Course by a friend and it was great. The course is very well designed , teachers make it very accessible and fun. I have just done a refresher course and would definitely recommend TAA to anyone who needs to complete First Aid for work or for personal interest. A special thanks to CJ for the great refresher course !

Richard was an excellent instructor.
Experienced and knowledgeable trainers
Experienced and knowledgeable trainers, who make each class enjoyable with real life experiences to share and to emphasis important components. I rather get my mandatory certificates from Training Aid than anywhere else
Excellent quality and value
My recent first aid course is the second time I've completed a course with Training Aid Australia (the first was CPR). Great professional trainers and great value for money. I will be back for my CPR refresher next year, best experience I've had in the last 16 years of first aid courses I've done!

The trainer made the course very…
The trainer made the course very interesting by implementing funny ways and also real life story’s to explaIn certain important aspects.
He also kept it very factual as well, and gave us a little extra learnings as well. Also since he was studying pharamedics at the time, he had a lot of knowledge to share.
After leaving the course, I’m now feeling confident to put the learnings into practice if necessary.
I believe our trainer was Shane,
My experience was most rewarding
My experience was most rewarding. Our trainer was most thorough and very experienced. Our practical session was all hands on which meant we ll had to perform. We experienced training in fractures and applied various slings and aides. A very rewarding experience
. Thank you.
Great course but .....
Great course, but would have preferred not to be rescheduled and sent back home after fighting the early traffic to get to the course only to be told the instructor was ill go home. There should have been a replacement instructor or even an sms sent to students not to turn up instead of sending paying customers back home.

Teacher was really engaging and light hearted but explained everything well with experiences and examples. Too much focus on laws and regulations and would prefer more practical appliance and do the various bandages and cpr more than once. Would definitely do again though!
