Disgrace!
They expect customers to pay up front before bookings are confirmed and yet they do not pay their training provider which results in certificates being held! Sent numerous emails and made calls and had no luck getting in touch with anyone who could deal with this matter. Never use!!!

This company's staff are friendly, efficient, easy to deal with and do what they say they will.
I have booked a few courses with this company now, and had to change the dates more than once on some of them. They dealt with my request efficiently, quickly and without fuss. Nice company to deal with.

I have not received the sssts certificate yet 8 weeks after the course
I have sent an operative to a sssts course organised by you guys about 8 weeks ago. Course was quick and well handled. We have specifacally asked for some sort of proof that my opperative has passed this couse as he was meant to be a site supervisor on one of our sites a week after the course. To this day we still have not raceived any corespondance or certificate from you about it. You tell me how good is that.

OVER PRICED AND DONT PROCE MATCH!
Although it's clear to see on the website, they are not the cheapest like they say they are. They say they are the cheapest... At the venue they hold it at! If you can find the same course cheaper in the same building they match it.

The experience was Smooth and easy.
I found the experience of looking and finding the answers easy, the cost was a major factor and I feel the cost of this training to be very reasonable compared to other providers. The application and payment process was smooth and verification was prompt. Good Experience
