I have completed the course, but after the completion there was no certificate issued to me. The screen got stuck after positive answer to the last question os SJA part. I have refreshed the page, had to take the very same exam again and the result was the same - no certificate issued to me. The incident resulted in a loss for me - obtaining and presenting the certificate conditioned my involvement in a project when I was already on site at a refinery in Norway. Please send it to me via email: miroslaw.kepinski@gmail.com I propose reimbursement for the course and a man day rate of 950 Euro as a compensation for the fact.
