Not what I expected
I didn't expect to have to present my own personal feelings and emotions in front of a group of people who I do not know. I do not deal very well with speaking in front of people so this really hindered my experience. I believe a different approach would have been more successful in leading people to 'Driving their Destiny'. On a plus note, the trainer Suzanne was very nice and explained things thoroughly.

excel - Foundation / Intermediate
I enjoyed the 2 day course and felt I came away from it having learnt a substantial amount. The trainer explained things well,was easy to follow,and she kept everyone's interest throughout the day.
